The Doctor smirked at Tat. He was known for being Cynical Asshole, but so was he. "No Tat, Im worried that some asshole might and try and take over the universe. And as a TImelord its my job to protect space and Time." He looked at everyone and some suggested protection. "I wont need Protection> I have my TARDIS, and I have this." He held up the sonic screwdriver and used it to turn the hologram off, and on, make the doors open and close, and make the lights flicker.
"Yes Doctor, but I dont think that weapon can help you if your captured." He then said "We insist you take someone as a bodyguard."
The Doctor nods, and began thinking. Only one person came to mind. Paine. "I think I will pick Paine."
Luthor rose a eyebrow "Why her?"
"From what Ive seen she is the most skilled of the army.."
Luthor nods, and asked "Very well...Also Doctor....will you try and make a alliance with your planet..."
The Doctor froze, and shook his head. he coudlnt the Timelords were gone. "I cant...Im the last of them....." He Got up fixing his leather Jacket. "Shizuru will take temporary presidency while Im gone." Luthor looked over at Shizuru smirking.
The Doctor now said "What shall we discuss now?"
