Bio: A girl with a strict upbringing, Mana has had the need to succeed drilled into her by her parents for her entire life. Second place is not an option; all that matters is being the best. With these beliefs in her head, Mana has become the girl she is now. Putting aside the cold treatment her parents give her if she doesn't get the highest grades in her class, Mana has practically developed a need to win, no matter the cost.
Personality: A reserved and polite girl with aspirations of success, to the point that she is willing to do whatever it takes to win, even if it compromises her image as a nice girl. Strictly speaking, she isn't actively malicious or ill-meaning towards anyone, but if she wants to be the best in her class, and in the future the best in her career... well, if hard work isn't enough for her top make the top, everyone else will just have to 'try less'.
That aside, she isn't a remorseless monster, and is more than capable of sympathising with others. It's suddenly a lot more difficult to throw someone under a bus when you learn they have their own struggles to deal with. This is partly why she tries not to make friends in school - it makes things less complicated for her overall.
