Lt. Colonel Miller, known for his unorthodox and risky and his strategical and tactical skill. Quite a daredevil, but not many know much about him, after SOLDIERs defeat Miller and units under his command formed a rebellion camp located in the south, quite the opposite direction of Matt's camp. Matt had more men than him, but Miller had better trained soldiers and better equipement.

Miller was coming to the most important phase of the plan as someone entered his office, it was the assassin who reported to Miller that the trap has been set.
