Permanently? Nothing that the GMs have created can do that(maybe a demon or a rune, but you'll have to ask Fallen or Lucius about that.)..well, he could have been exposed to a very, very, small part of the Wild, and it would have given him the power to yank a man's blood out of his pores, but in addition to severely weakening him and costing his hair, Leith will have a constant whispering in the back of his mind, almost like a dull buzzing, that grows louder when people who are of the Wild or who have been close to it, get close to him. Shrieking voices inside of his head would happen frequently...along with, other much nastier things(if you pursue this route PM me.)

Alternatively, you could create something in this world and check it with the three of us(me Lucius and Fallen), to make sure it isn't gamebreaking and what not, that could explain it.
