Targen is a humaniod alien and Rory a robot, Fi, River and Tala are humans.

yes. Fiera can manipulate technology. River has super strength and...what ever else goes with that, and Suki can heal, and can mildly effect emotions. She also has a special ability thats too hard to explain.
