There's a rule though, you can't take anyone's shirt off. But you can hit shirtless people, so try to seek them out. August is a hot time of the year anyway. From what I know, the first Lugia is from Neo Genesis, the English version of which came out in the end of 2000. So almost 14 years old. XD Do you have Neo Destiny Shining Charizard?
