Soria of the Forest - What is the regenerative potential of his KG? He's basically a Senju with Mayfly? With obvious creative differences. I enjoyed his history.

Hitachi Shizuka - Isn't Nadra Shizuka in the same clan, who is in Kumo and Hitachi is in Iwa? The character may need minor changes but I see nothing OP, but the issue of Tsuchikage isn't settled yet

Hotaka Zetsubou - Soul-Body Separation Technique is an absolute no, how did you think that was going to get accepted? What are the limits of IWR? How long does the Four Blades Seal take to rob all 4 senses and what are 'standard sealing jutsu weaknesses' besides damaging the physical seal itself?

Kazuma Harukotsu - Interesting.. There may need to be some limitations if the character is allowed however there are multiple Tsuchikage applicants at the time.

The part of Tsuchikage is between Hitachi, Kazuma, and Ezo. I will come to a verdict soon.

By "IWR", I assume you mean PWR. Anything significant enough to send a normal person to the hospital for a short stint, such as a deep stab wound or ninjutsu injury, or broken bones, etc.

Four Blades Seal was already inquired of by Yosh, and I responded thusly: Likely one standard "turn" for each sense. Which in Tabletop terms is generally from six to ten seconds. And in addition to damaging the seal, one must make contact with that target to seal them.

If you kept up things you'd remember I said I switched Nadra to Iwa. In fact since you didn't keep any information up, Nadra is on the roster twice and in the wrong places.

If that's what he meant, then allow me to re-state what is already stated. He can only use it on a maximum of three bodies at any one time. One of the three spots is already taken by his dead (and now resurrected) wife. The other two were likely going to be occupied by his two currently dead sons. This would make reviving anyone else an even more difficult choice for him, as he would basically have to kill one of his family members.

In addition, he isn't going to Kabuto all over the RP and revive everyone who ever shit out something neat.

I'm just going to go on record and say I am against Lyfe as Tsuchikage and feel that Gowi made a better representative of the Rock Village, as well as the fact he was approved by both Assistant GMs AND posted in character with the Kage (which he was then forced to edit).
