This is an article about Portland Oregon's homelessness sleeping arrangement. Since Millington is in Oregon, I would say the two would relate. There will be designated areas for the homeless individuals to have tents up and where they can have their car if they have one.

The easiest solution is have him sleep in the parking lot of the Church, which is in the northern outskirts by the graveyard, Nana, and Sadie. Churches usually help homelessness a lot

I'd imagine like most towns that they do. But usually, at least where I'm from, the cops don't bother them unless the property owner calls the police to remove them. Otherwise the police don't do much unless called or if they are causing a scene or harassing, ect. We can go with that haha

Actually because of what happened with the gun technically her rehab would have been mandated by the state for trying to take a cop's gun and Jerry would have written it up as a suicide attempt. Which means that case is Jerry's so he is responsible for seeing it all the way through. In California its called a 5150. In Oregon there is a similarly mandated state statue for treatment for individuals who are dangerous to themselves or to others which Kiley proved she is. Normally you would be correct however in this instance because Jerry booked her as a required treatment and as an attempted Assault with a deadly weapon and included in the report that she was attempting suicide by cop basically what would have happened is the DA probably would have done something along the lines of offering the family the opportunity to have her seek treatment and conditionally drop the charges. So Jerry could conceivably be in the know about when her treatment ended since it would have been agreed upon how long she would be in treatment by the DA. It then falls to Jerry to make sure that she was in treatment for the required time. Since he wouldn't have know the exact date he'd have been paying attention to when she came home since if she came home early she'd have been violating their agreement with the DA. The only reason he wouldn't have an idea for when she came home is if they had decided to extend her treatment length for some reason. In which case, id have had no idea and I'd need to fix my post ^^

Or you could go to PRYDE RECORDS to talk to Miriam, or just stroll around somewhere and maybe people will run into you! :D
