Hmmm, so character ideas are formulating... Thinking a brawler who's also an overly exaggerated tsundere parody maybe. Took me a while to decide between whether or not she had a Devil Fruit power but I think I've settled on her having a steam-related one. But we'll see how that turns out I guess. ^^;

By the way guys, I need to know, would you prefer some sort of skill or stat system? It would be something extremely simple just to make fights more justifiable and easily quantifiable if needed. Maybe something to regulate abilities and give rewards as needed?

Skadi is a very laid back yet collected individual, showing no shock or surprise from almost anything. His lack of interest and lazy-like attitude often leads others to believe that he can not possibly be a marine. However, if he deems a situation worthy, he will take action. His relaxed demeanor while performing the more macabre of his duties is one of his most notable characteristics. Next to this is, in spite of his seemingly cool and composed persona, he is not fond of being insulted.

In combat, despite his nonchalant and easygoing character, he is sadistic and violent fighter. Although not that discernible, he seemingly derives amusement and gratification from inflicting physical and emotional pain on others, making him a typical sadist. Regardless of his apparent lack of morality, Skadi still shows sympathy for those he dubs innocent. Deep down, he's not completely heartless.

History: Classified.

Abilities:

• Rokushiki - A special martial arts style used by agent from both the World Government and Marines which grands them the ability to make use of several superhuman techniques.
• Ondo Ondo no Mi - A Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that gives the Skadi the ability create, shape, sense, and manipulate temperature, making him a Temperature Human. In addition, Skadi is also immune to the effects of extreme temperatures, allowing him to withstand intense heat and cold. This fruit is not to be confused with a Logia-class, as the user cannot transform into thermal energy itself.
• Navigation - Skadi is a highly skilled navigator as well as a talented cartographer. He is not only knowledgeable regarding weather and world events, but is also well capable of using tools such as maps, compasses and sea charts.
