I had to make Matt somewhat ferocious. I also needed him to do something big that would create a rift between him and Nikki. He will go right back to being his normal self for the most part.

I'm still not sure what I'm wanting Alex to do. I was thinking of having him try to find the place Malcolm was talking about to get a sense of the 'brutes' but Alex can't really track at all. Especially going backwards on a track.
