I do wonder, though. Would the fey even see a child of a handful of years as even remotely skilled? Even a true genius would still be a mere babe, and intelligence can only do so much without wisdom to match. For example, Sini was more than a hundred and fifty before she even approached being considered adult. And she was something like four hundred something before she was seen as skilled and reliable. So another two centuries and then some.
It's up to Runic, of course, but it feels very strange to me. Additionally, did the fey have gods? I thought that was discussed, but I can't recall the details.
It is an interesting way to incorporate the Witcher lore, and I'm highly amused. <3 I personally would want to know how he reacted to the falling out of Winter and Summer, but it's hardly necessary. ^.^ Maybe we can learn that IC.
Have you played Witcher 3? My friend says it's amazing, and far better than Skyrim in terms of feeling different over the course of the various different quests, where Skyrim gets repetitious.
