Sorry, I got a cold. Will try posting tomorrow
Nothing really. Just chilling and playing some witcher 2

I love that series so much, I just want to hug you right now. XD
@CAS1006 I personally like most games I've played. Very few get my hate triggers, but witcher lists in the ones I REALY like. There be a few RPs I want to do eventually but it wont be anytime soon.
@CAS1006 I will not judge you for the games you like and dislike. I will admit ff7 and 8 aren't perfect games. They have some bad parts and so on. I like them both a lot, but you don't it's fine. ^^

I wish I liked every game I played. But I'm so jaded by the ones I end up disliking.
Like... I'm probably going trigger you and Silver here, but I'll at least give my reasoning.
FF7, I hated it not because of who dies, but the whole story behind Cloud and Seph. It felt so... Needlessly convoluted, a huge chase to a problem that mostly fixes it self in the end. It is even more agitating that people are bitching going "Make it turn based!" It never was! There was a fucking Action Time Bar, and even then some enemies ignore it when you're placing a command in, hell, FFX is the only real turn based one.
Though I did not hate FF8, it was kinda just there for me. It boiled down to "Who do I hate least?" Quistis and Curtis. Even Riona.
It was a "It is an interesting concept, but I can live without the Battle system. It was fine before." I at least appreciate it did try to blend fantasy with enough modern concepts. Like how you leave by train at the start, and at water based ships. It was nice because it felt realized to that end. But Scipher to me just felt like Gary Oak. Sure, he is meant to be annoying, and has plot reasoning. But he was just a throw away character to me.
The only problem I had with FF9, was slow combat. Aside from that it felt like a perfect game. The Minigames were not boring or broken. Even fun to a degree, which says a lot about it already.
TL;DR: I did not care for FF7, I can live without 8, but at least they got it right at 9.
I do however like the Guardian Force for FF8, it did partially inspire the Familiar system of this rp. And a weee Bit of SMT.

Thing was though, FF7 had the option to be turn base. Yes you had to wait for the action bar to fill, but you could still make it so the enemies don't attack until you make your move. Same with 8 or 9. As did most of the old ones. (Except when you had those event timers which happened in 7 to 10.) It was there. You could turn it on or off. And it helped at times when planning your next move on the bosses. 11 was more of the first ones you couldn't turn base. Was the plot odd in 7? Yeah. Did it make no sense sometimes? Yeah. Was it fun? Yeah.
Was all those little side things you could do that had no reason other than your enjoyment fun? Yeah. It's those what I love about Final Fantasy and just enjoy the story. And every one has a eye twitching flaw.
I don't particularly mind or not if you didn't like them, but won't stop me from my enjoyment. I'm more like Riv as barely anything makes me actually dislike a game. It's gotta be really poor for me NOT to enjoy something and have fun with it.
I honestly can't think of a game I truly dislike.
Also. In FF9. F those jumprope and play minigames. XD

Just woke up from my nap, and was the first thing that came to mind. The fucking Jump rope was the real enemy. Kuja was no threat to Gaia, it was fucking Jump Rope.
CHANGING PLOT GUYS!
