Mira finally calmed down from all of the excitement. Her ears were ringing still but it was bearable. She looked between the desk and saw the teacher taking away Einar and saw Cabal leaning down to the girl who screeched. She sighed and tried to use the desks to get back up. Using the desks as support she walked over by the group of students. She was still a bit wobbly. "Is everyone okay over here?" She asked concerned. She looked at Cabal and put a hand on his shoulder.

The teacher would arrive to the infirmary with Einar, and sit him onto one of the beds, she would then talk to what seemed like a young gentleman in a doctor coat. Telling him about what happened in the class room and such before getting ready to head back. The man would seem to sigh some shaking his head and mumbles something like 'why does this stuff always happen on the first day' he almost seemed like a slacker more than the doctor.

Charles would sigh because of the girl that had screamed and such is now crying again. he would shake his head pulling out some rings putting them on and seems to mumble something before he would get up and walk over to Katherin "greetings" he says to her "It's a surprise to meet one like myself.. it's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Charles" he says putting his hand out with a smile. If she paid attention enough she would notice he has used magic to isolated them slightly from the others, as the other's voices are a lot dimmer all of a sudden, and their voices would mostly likely be nearly inaudible to the others as well.

Katherin was surprised when one of the boys approached her. She honestly hadn't noticed him before. As soon as he was by her desk she could feel the magic coming off him. She felt the spell surround them. She raised an eyebrow at him questioningly. Was he trying to isolate them for privacy or to threaten her? As an orphan she had no power which the houses of the witches coven loved to use against her. "My name is Katherin. I am surprised to see the child of one of the houses here."

He would chuckle some "No need to feel threaten" he states "This is a school so no reason to purposely pick fights.. unlike the rest of you who broke the main rule.. I decided to make it so such information of mine is kept limited" he tells katherin. "granted if someone paid enough attention they could put two and two together" he shakes his head some with a slight grin. "This world must be a small place for people like us to run into each other" Charles tells her.

Katherin wasn't convinced of that. She hadn't met a house witcht hat didn't want to harm her. She never understood why they felt the need to punish her for not being one of them. She hoped Charles wasn't one of those but she kept her guard up. She was willing to give him a chance. He had to know there was a chance he would run into someone like her. "I don't think the world is all that small. There aren't many schools for our kind. It seems logical that we would run into each other here."

Charles shrugs "considering most of our kind tends to not accept this kind of schooling, and just stays in a tight isolated community" he states "my village was the same, a quiet little place in the country" he states. "They was hailing me as some kind of prodigy" he states, if she hadn't notice he was probably the youngest person in the entire room being just 13. "but they wanted to cause chaos... so I got rid of all of them" he states "can't have a group purposely try to create chaos and destruction in this day and time... even if they was family" he sighs shaking his head.

Charles would look up and say to katherin "we'll talk more later" before turning back to his seat and siting down. his power dispearing. As the teacher returns to the classroom and continues on with the lesson, rest of social studies and Math would go by fairly quick with the basics in each class. It would be lunch time before the students know it, and their schedules which came with a map of the school grounds, would have a path to the cafeteria and the school store so they can choose what they wish to eat if they didn't bring their own lunches. as well as socialize with others.

Slowly waking up, Einar tried to get up, but he was still too dizzy and disoriented, falling back in the bed.

"Are you the doctor? Could you give me some gauze?" He asked, trying to wipe the dry blood from his ears

"I shouldnt be that careless... I was lucky for not getting completely deaf..." he said to himself.

"There is a little flask with a greenish-purple liquid inside my leather armor, could you get it for me? Its an extract from lavender, arnica, cayenne pepper and some other things. Its a great anesthetic and muscle relaxant. I dont think that there were any internal injuries, despite the blood. I'm only feeling a little bit disorientated." He said, sitting on the bed

Cabal Goes To The Infirmary Because He's Infirm, Duh.

So lunch time came, though he had spent most of the day trying to understand the lesson by lip-reading. It gave him a new kind of understanding of the phrase "none so deaf as those that will not hear". Learning was very hard indeed when you truly couldn't hear anything. When lunch came around, he was aware that he had an appointment with Mira; they decided to talk during lunch after all, but he couldn't do so if he couldn't hear her.

Approaching the girl in question, Cabal handed her a note:

"I'm currently deaf, so I'll be checking in the infirmary for the time being and might not be able to talk with you. Go ahead and have lunch without me."

With a nod, Cabal stalked towards the exit of the class and towards the infirmary.

The first thing he saw was Einar. He gave a nod to acknoweldge his presence, and took a seat on a nearby bench to wait his turn to be attended. In the meantime, his nosed twitched in irritation. The smell of a sterilized room with hundreds of medicines and chemicals compounded together was so unpleasant, which is why he disliked going to hospitals.

Suba Goes Around Saying Sorry To Everyone In The Class She Disturbed. Which Is Everyone.

After that whole debacle, things calmed down somewhat. Lessons were learned: Cabal was not an assassin after her head, at least not yet anyway, she got panicked easily and probably resorted to using her voice to quickly, and she should really avoid sleep-water-bending from now on. It was reflexive back at home and utterly harmless since everything was water, or at least surrounded by it, but here on dry land it was probably not as pleasant to get splashed in the face with a jug full of H20.

So, the first thing she did when lunch came around was apologize to people for giving an amped up screamo concert. She hurt a lot of people, apparently, and that made her feel utterly miserable. She wanted to make friends! How was she supposed to do that when her first greeting to potential ones was a sonic smack to the earlobe?!

Sighing, Suba made her way to Katherine, who was probably the gunpowder to her spark during the incident.

With a slight bow, Suba rushed her words, as though afraid she'd be dismissed if she took to long in explaining her presence. "I was asleep, and out of habit, I, uh, like bend water around me, and it just so happened hit you! I didn't really mean anything by it, honest!"

Charles' words didn't make Katherin feel better if anything they made her feel more nervous. If he killed his family he would have no problem getting ride of her if she got in his way. She spent the rest of the class trying to figure out what to do. When the water bender approached her she was prepared to fight. She crossed her arms at the apology. She wasn't the type to hold grudges but she wasn't quite ready to forgive the girl either. "I see. So just because you were lazy enough to fall asleep in class I get soaked because your used to bending water when you sleep?"

Mira read the note from Cabal and saw him walking towards the exit. She sighed and walked off to lunch. She was hungry from all of the excitement from this morning. She was really hoping to talk to Cabal. She walked to an empty table in the cafeteria and sat down pulling out her lunch and started eating. She watched as the other student meandered about eating lunch and talking. She couldn't help but wonder if any of them would sit down with her.

"Rabbit meat is yummy...and i really want it in my tummy..."

Snapping out of his daydream, he looked around, realizing that several people were leaving. Gathering all his things in a pile, Leo ran out after them, trying to remember where the teacher had said to go.

Was it time for lunch? Were they dicing up rabbit-people? Probably not, but a Loki could hope.

Getting to the cafeteria, he then looked around, wondering where to sit.
The dragons were weird, although he did want to ask them how the half dragon hybrids he had heard about worked.
The kitsune seemed to be getting hit on a lot, so he didn't want to be mistaken as a part of that crowd.
Suba was nice, but he didn't want to get caught in that scream again. At least, not until he could cover his ears with something.
Cabal was gone.
He didn't know where the siren was.
He had no idea who the two magicians were.
...and his own mind was not usually pleasant company.

After thinking for a while, he decided that the best thing to do was simply sit down and hope someone sat near him. He did his best to make himself look presentable, mostly by patting his hair down and buttoning his shirt again. Correctly this time.

The Doctor

Einar wouldn't find any dried blood for some reason, the man at the desk would sigh slightly "you really trying to tell me to do my job?" he asks in a kind and friendly voice "You have already been taken cared of" he states "while you was asleep I took care of your injuries, it's already lunch time" he would inform Einar. "so you missed your first two classes... you need to get a better handle on your human transformation" he states "otherwise you'll get into a lot of trouble.

When Cabal entered the man looked over and got up walking over to him "lets see what's your problem" he simply says as he begins to inspect Cabal, "similar problem I see... just temporary hearing loss" he states, his would hover his hands on either side of Cabal's head and they would seem to glow for a few seconds and Cabal would feel a slight dizziness for a moment then he would slightly start to catch some sound from a little bobble on the doctor's desk. "There we go.. it'll take an hour or so for your entire hearing to return, but you should be able to hear at lest a little bit" he states. "If I completely healed it you would probably be out for a few hours which wouldn't be good".

The Shop and Cafeteria would have a fairly nice selection of food. The shop would have more unhealthy food than the Cafeteria but there seems to be a big enough selection to where most parties would be happy.

Charles would pop up besides Katherin and Suba "Hello again" he says with a childish smile, "I see your alright now" he says referring to Suba from her little random outburst earlier. "I will apologize for frightening you back then" he tells her "I am the one who had spoken to everyone... I didn't expect someone to leap out of their seat" he states.

Einar stood up, carefully wearing his armor and looking to the doctor
"I might not have healing powers, but healing and curing others was one my jobs when I lived with my race." he said, taking out the said flask out of his armor, giving it a small sip.

"Especially venoms... I know almost all the existent toxins and venoms, being able to treat each one of them... Saving some of them, but if you used one of those, you wouldn't want the target alive." he said, putting the flask back into one of the pockets in his armor.

"About the transformation, its not common to us vieras to be ashamed of our bodies, but I understand the need to disguise. What happened in the classroom was by pure reflex. That girl screaming surprised me, and I wasn't able to suppress my enhanced hearing on time. If it wasn't for me, Cabal over there would probably be permanently deaf, and the rest of the classroom would be in the ground, unconscious."

"Use this." he threw 3 pills to the doctor, when he heard him talking about Cabal's recovery
"If isn't dead, it will wake up with this. Its a powerful energetic tonic that we use to wake up those who get unconscious and give the critically wounded alive for enough time for us to complete the treatment. Just... don't use more than 1 in regular humans... The last time a human went to our forest and took more than one of them... well, to put it simple, his heart blew up." he said shrugging.

"Thanks for the treatment." he said bowing to the doctor
"If you excuse me, I will go to the..." he stopped, checking the map he received for a while. "Cafeteria. Hm... I guess its the place where we eat?" he said to himself.

"Oh, and doctor, one last question, I noticed a forest outside of the school... Can I use a little part of it to plant some useful herbs?" he asked looking to the forest outside.
"They are useful, and its like a hobby for me. Well... its more like an habit but..."

Katherin felt the magic before Charles appeared. She wasn't sure how she felt about the boy yet. He made her nervous. He could kill her without hestitating. She didn't want to give him any reason to think it was necessary. She didn't like feeling venerable. But it wasn't a new feeling for her. As an orphan it wad one she had felt often. She would have to watch and be ready for whatever happened next.

Cabal Gets His Hearing Back, A Little.

"Thank you, dottore. I'll be fine with this, at least until nighttime. I can fully recover then," he said. There was really very little that Aswangs could not heal from once night came. Even gouging out their hearts or tearing their heads wouldn't kill them permanently.

"As long as I can hold a conversation, it's enough." Cabal got up and left after saying his thanks, giving another nod towards Einar as he did. He didn't hear anything he said, so he was unaware of why he tossed the vials to the nurse. It was none of his business, however, so he left it be.

Now, hopefully Mira wouldn't be too hard to find, he had all but promised to spend time with her after all.

Suba Shrivels Like A Seaweed On Dry Land

She knew asking for forgiveness wouldn't be easy, but hearing the accusation straight from her mouth made Suba want to curl into a ball. "Yes," she murmured, "that was my fault. I also got half the class injured . . . and disturbed the lesson . . . and . . . and-!"

Her voice, having dropped from a low whisper, began climbing in volume and pitch until Siba once again burst into tears, not even realizing that Charles was talking to her. The mermaid fell to her knees, rubbing her eyes to stem the flow of seawater gushing from them.

"BUWAAAAAH!" she said, her eyes literally gushing out insane amounts of water that for some reason disappeared right before they fell to the ground. "I'M SHO SHORRY I'MMA CLUTZ! WAAAAAH"

The doctor nodded to Cabal as he left before turning to Einar "These wouldn't be useful at all" he states throwing them back "The patient has to rest because I use their own body's natural abilities to heal them, not some special magic or anything" he states. "by doing so I exhaust their bodies, if I heal to much I can kill them because they don't have the energy to do such. If I used something to wake them up afterwords they wouldn't be able to regain the energy I use" he states "Then they could end up just having a bad accident or worse". The doctor would then shake is head "I can't give any kind of permission like that... that's only the head master who has that power" he states "Besides there are some dangerous stuff out anyways"

Charles would smile at Katherin then look confused at Suba before patting her shoulder "There is no need to cry" he states with a friendly voice "Accidents happen.. we are all here to learn after all" he says.

Hige

The Bakeneko

An unusually long white tail flicked anxiously behind a boy, matching velvety soft ears pinned down on his head. The eyes, slanted and feline, searched the ground at his feet aimlessly as he walked, keeping his head low. The bare, pale and small feet made quick steps towards the school, not particularly watching where they were going.

Hige wasn't typically shy for a cat, in fact he could be considered quite friendly. However, Hige had only met a few people at a time his entire life, and had never been in crowds before. The many other yokai on this campus was frightening to him, so he just figured to keep to himself until he could meet them all in smaller doses. For now, he would just head towards the office, grab his schedule, and wait until lunch was over. It was the best plan he had come up with for now, and so Hige was sticking to it.

That was, until the bakeneko, who had not watched where he was walking, bumped into another person (anyone). Hige blushed softly, backing up and quickly bowing his head. "A-sorry!"

"Hm... Interesting." he said after hearing the doctor.
"As I said, I have only experience in healing those of my race. And the medicine we use may be too strong for other races, our bodies are naturally resistant to poisons and herbs, get this together with the fact that we are pretty tough, and we basically only need healing when we are practically dying, and you have medicines that are no different from poisons to others." He said smiling nervously.

"If you don't mind, could I get back here sometime? I would love to learn about other races' physiology and the correct medicines and healing methods for each one of tem." He said, smiling and giving a polite bow to the doctor.

*After the doctor's answer

"I need to go now, i'm almost dying from hunger after all that commotion." He said with a small laugh

On the way to the cafeteria, he stumbled in another student.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there. Are you new here?" He asked, looking to the cat-boy
"Please, no need to bow, it was as much your fault as it was mine." He said, smiling
"Tails and ears? If you don't mind the rude question, are you the same as Mira? How it was...? A kit-suh-neh" He asked, curious.

The Bakeneko

Hige raised his head hesitantly, yellowish green eyes scanning over the other curiously. "A kitsune... Ears and tail...?" The white haired boy look confused as he reached up to his head, feeling the ears now perked up there. "Oh, I didn't realize I was that nervous..." The boy mumbled, and in the blink of an eye the fluffy tail and matching cat ears were gone in an instant.

"Um, no, I'm not a kitsune. I'm a bakeneko. Those aren't supposed to show, usually." He said with slight embarrassment as he motioned towards where his ears used to be. "I, am new actually! My name is Hige. It's nice to meet you." Hige cocked his head to the side with a sweet smile.
