Anyone with the right medical equipment and knowledge of anatomy can be last-ditch 'mob-doctors'. Luciel isn't the best, but he can get the job done if its not terrible enough of a wound...his connections are better with drug dealers in the way of getting pain killers for such side jobs.
I wanted him to be a utility face rather than combat and subterfuge. >_<
Since he doesn't have a name, Luciel is reliable though being one of the spookier underworld alley-doctors.

Regardless, I'm kay with this connection :P

EDIT: He lives in an apartment complex a block or three away, but has access to back rooms of The Hole.
Max could have shown up with Sam and be helped by Lucy after closing, or something like that.

Depends on the day of the week. Weekdays before 7pm its 'Kaitra', after that into the night as a closing bartender is 'Ansel'. Weekend nights (friday, saturday) is 'Madam Lavandou', the singer...eeehh. (Sundays and monday morning/afternoons off)
I guess its up to you, but it'd most likely be a guy who helped Maxxy and Sam.

Trying to write up a post for Maxxy right now. Progress is slow going though.

I mean, don't expect them to be able to perform an organ transplant or a bypass, but intravenous insertion (drawing/administering any kind of needle for the sake of treatments), foreign object extraction (usually done with a metal detector or a stolen ultrasound system and an array of forceps) may just be possible with a bit of luck. If you're desperate not to let anyone know you just got shot, Luciel is a bit inexperienced, but with little to provide for, his resources went into rent, bare minimums of food, and sending people off on jobs to get specific tools and books on the subject.
He has nothing else to do with himself besides help/kill others, work and learn. Upstart mob doctor, barista/waitress, hitman (in a pinch).

Edit: Best part is that he can second as his own nurse!
