Can't you just simply take control of him then? If this Lonewolf is going to be gone, we can't just leave such a major character in limbo like that. Me, no, cause I'm the GM. But from my understanding Ira was indeed supposed to be the new ruler of Hell. Not that this makes what you did out of character in any way though, because the Demons are a bunch of powerhungry individuals who will stab each other in the back for their own gain at the drop of a hat. Comes with the territory from my understanding. So leadership changes are always going to be contested.

It's pretty obvious Ira is supposed to be the new definitive leader of Hell. That's self-explanatory considering she's controlled by a GM. As for Rufus, no one is controlling him because he's Lone's character. But as Flame said, your actions IC make sense.
