Charlie is with Bonesword, so thats an error. Only that though.

Would the outskirts work for the history bit? As for the powers, I would start communications with another player before the next post should someone put on the puppet.
Outskirts of Hyperion. I'd assume that there is somewhere a place where domestic people live normal lives away from the war. Either way I can probably think of something that I can do. Maybe a larger settlement somewhere in the world.
Speaking of neutral ground, I'm trying to think of how Harpies originally got involved with all this. The most sensible two would be Rufus employing Sliske to corrupt them originally from one of these territories and him never getting caught for it, or Rufus going out and doing it himself.
@TheWindel If that's how things work, Alexi would not fight for the Machina. I thought most humans in Hyperion were basically pets in the sense of "here's luxury because we're in a post scarcity society, enjoy, now stay out of our way while we wage war".
If they're enslaved/soldiers/experiments, Alexi would have never joined them, and if that's a recent development, she would have left them and not fought for them.
@TheWindel Still, that's not something Alexi would tolerate. Got a bit of a fun idea for why she'd still inexplicably be on team machina though.
And speaking of meme characters, I put Claptrap in as a joke one time and people liked it. He still exists somewhere in Hyperion and is believed to be a servant to Krieg.
