Flying and normal types would be pretty easy to come by around Windshire, and I'm sure the store would carry some basic fishing equipment. Diving gear on the other hand, I wouldn't bet on. As far as money goes I'd say it depends on your character.

I only ask about diving gear, because one does not simply fish a clamperl out of the ocean.

Also, I have no idea how much money Alexis would have. What do you think she'd have?
