@Eklispe Teh-heh. Maybe I took a bit of much liberty with how much Kalmia actually knew, but I did feel she would have taken a little time to find out about the local boy who she was going to give a Pokémon. Haha.

Also, I'm not going to make you pay for iron treats with your money-pool, that'd feel cruel. XD … Yeah, treats and such things for plain living we'll simply say that you DO buy, but we won't take it from the money that you have in-game. That makes it simpler.

I've got this massive iron block of a second bulk that I need to post after everyone's gotten their Pokémon... But I think I can post something in between to answer Dawkin's request and deal with minor interactions. Haha.

I'm going to split it into two. Here's the first half. You don't HAVE to respond to this if you don't want to. However, read it, and confirm that you've read it to me here in the OOC, and tell me if you intend to post a response to it in addition. I'll post the next part of the bulk when I have all acknowledgements. When the beginning is over and you've started your adventures, I should not have to post in huge bulks any more... Nah, who am I kidding, I'll be playing with nine different people at once, of course the posts will become gigantic, but at the very least, you won't have to read all of it... XD

Anyways. Tell me if you'd like to not post to it. The next bulk is already written, I just need to add any pieces of reaction to what you guys say. Like this Jacques scene. It was not written until Dawkin spurred it. You CAN and WILL have an impact. Hahaha.

Edit: And I just realized I adopted the anime's "The Pokémon Says Their Own Names" thing without thinking about it, while in the games they seem to, well, not. Except for Pikachu. ... It's entirely up to the players if they want to adopt it or not, but personally as the GM, IT MAKES POKÉMON SOUNDS A WHOLE LOT EASIER. XD

Also, question that just hit me now, how are mega evolutions going to be handled? Or are we just saying there are no mega stones on Isson?

Edit: because a few people have already done it , I've dropped Lucian's theme in his CS and a battle theme for fun , not sure about the battle theme but I think it works.

@Pikmin Eye I wondered if someone was actually going to ask that or not. XD … And yupp, the Pokédex can do a lot. … Though, that many ground types? Among the starters, other than Nincada (who loses the ground-type upon evolving), isn't there only Winston over here who's Water/Ground?

We have one Psychic, one Electric, two Fire where one is part Dark, one Ice, one Fighting, one Steel/Rock, your Bug/Ground and then the mentioned Water/Ground. That's a pretty nice blend. … Oh, well! It's interesting to read your observations anyway! Nicely posted~!

Alright, and now we wait for at least one post and word from the rest.

@PlatinumSkink I made the mistake of counting Aron as a ground type when I was writing that. Add Rhyperior and there were what I thought was 4 ground types in the room. So, it was only 3, still that is enough to be the major type in the lab. Small mistake, but I am still right.

@Pikmin Eye I understand what you're referring to. My confusion stemmed from that... I see a Wooper and think "Water", I see Nincada and I think "Bug", and with Aron I think "Steel" (rightly, as we concluded, but yeah, small matter), so while I subconsciously remember that the two former are Ground-type I don't think of them as "Ground-type Pokémon" as such, so when you commented on a lot of Ground types before Rhyperior even showed up my first reaction was "There are Ground-types?" XD

Of course, upon thinking a little more I came onto the obvious truth, but yeah. That there appears to be more Pokémon in here that are part-Ground than any other is a complete coincidence, I believe. Haha.
