Alright, there! Real life held me back a little, but with that, the post is out! And now, we can have some OOC discussions. I want to hear from you in the OOC before the IC posts on the matter.

Who do you all want to battle? I accept any suggestions. Do not immediately rush to post in the IC to claim your opponent, just in case someone else dearly burns for an opponent, as unlikely as that might be. In addition, if you want this to be more than a 1-on-1, feel free to invite people to partner up, possibly against specific opponents, haha. I'm adaptable. Tell me your thoughts, and I can adapt to them. If you're like ”I'm fine with anything” then I'll simply decide for you with whatever's left after those who make choices are done.

And I'll only wait three days for your OOC opinion on the matter. I might wait later for your actual posts, but please give me any kind of information within three days. Even if you're waiting for other people to react first, tell me that you're doing that. Tell me even if you haven't even read the post yet but intend to in the future.

So, how do you wish to fight?

Also, after the next round of posts, I will not wait for the stragglers anymore, since they'll be in their own battles. Unless you're specifically waiting for someone still caught up in their battle, you will be totally free to continue your battle / start your journey without waiting for the rest. Yupp.

… And I'm totally self-aware that it feels like a lot of the 'rivals' use blue/green... And if some might be a bit similar... … … EH! They'll exist! XD

Now, allow me to pretend like I've made no mistakes. And these guys totally just exist for you guys to have someone to fight and I just poured my imagination into them to see what happened, I might have gotten sidetracked while doing it. I apologize. You guys should be getting the spotlight from now on. Haha.

@Keyblade87 You may still in the game, you just took too long to post this time around. You're still up for wanting an opponent or skipping fighting altogether if you wish, actually, you can do whatever if you wish, you can all collectively decide to screw my set-up if you wish, I like all my players having options, hahaha.

Hmm...Claire thinks all of them look like losers and doesn't think any of them will be a challenge or any fun, and has no real reason too fight them. Though, Simon's confidence is somewhat annoying xD

She honestly doesn't care who she fights at the moment so yeeeah. She'll take whoever's left unless for some reason Erika wants to do a double battle or something.

Unless someone really wants to fight Oaken , I think Lucian will fight him. He just seems like the sort of person Lucian would love to mess with , especially if he let slip how he really got a pokemon of Kalmia.

I don't mind a double battle if anyone's feeling up for one.

I think it might be entertaining to have Abigail take on either Simon or Ellyn.

They'd interact with her pretty differently, but I think either of them could be interesting.

@PlatinumSkink Oh my GAWD! I've used Joshua's image before for another character, except his personality is the EXACT OPPOSITE XD Goddammit.

I think Ren will murder Josh, for calling her cool, or take on Rodger or Oaken as the more wise members of the group. Especially since Oaken claimed to be the best right off the bat, and called them "rabble" :P

That would hit just a liiiiittle close to home for Ren ;)

Though if I'm honest, I actually like all of them XD Nice work, man! These are some neat rivals! :D

For those who want to fight the same opponent, or want to fight multiple specific opponents, or those who just wants to have a double/triple/more battle for the sake of it, it's always possible with a mention. Like Lucian could apparently be up for one. Haha. Anyways. Awaiting more comments.

Erika would probably prefer to fight this battle on her own as this is her first formal test to prove herself.

As for whom, I'm not really sure. Sadly, Joshua would be eliminated because he will have made Erika blush and shy away. A lot of extra pep.

Maple is a possibility. She is just an odd character but an approachable odd, unlike poor Ren. :p So I can see Erika simply picking her because she seems nice and odd.

But now that I think about it, Joshua and Ewan seem to be buddy, buddy with each other. If those two travel together, I can see no better narrative than the two dynamic duos facing off from time to time.

Everyone else, I feel Erika might shy away from. So I guess I leave my input at that.
