I just realized there are character's named "Dallas" and "Houston". Haha.

That's funny. Maybe some of the Counter agents get code names based on Texas cities?

I feel I haven't completely showed just how tool-like Dallas is though.

Looks like Dallas and Houston are way more different then their names suggest. Maybe they had some sort of history together in Counter training? Houston could have been bullied a lot.

Well, Dallas has only attended NFA for a year.
But, heck yeah. He loves to bully others. Whether it be someone from Counter of DC he does not discriminate.

Though, just one thing to know, is that Dallas isn't exactly aligned with Counter, even though he is on their side. Like, he doesn't see any of them as his allies and would destroy them should they get in the way of his ultimate mission to dismantle DC.

You said Dallas is his fake name so it could be that the two got their nicknames at some point during this time rather then it being a generic Counter thing to assign nicknames.
