I lost on a dumb descion in Octofinals. The Judges said I had no offense, so I lost, but I read a bunch of turns which said political conditions on humanitarian aid hurt people more than help. So I have 4 examples of why political conditions suck right. My opponent only defends against two of the points. I should have won, which one judge said I did. I lost on a 2-1 descion

Pheh... I know how that feels... I was in a Miss America pageant last year. One of the judges apparently was extremely angry I didn't win; I believe the only reason I didn't was because the girl who had one had a bad history with her sister losing the pageant and going essentially crazy. So... I lost... because they were afraid that she would go crazy by not winning and not because of her actual credentials?

I think a lot of competitions are like that. Judges vote for the person who should win and not who actually won.

On the bright side I did get 3rd speaker in Pre-lims so it's a big screw you to the girl I lost to. She didn't get a speaker award, and was a low seed in the finals rounds.

I am not a fan of Jpop(Unless it's Vocaloid)...I like JRock, JRPG's, and Anime...That's about all the Japanese stuff i enjoy
