Most importantly, I would like to know if your god is known or unknown and how well known they are.

Is your God's name used as a curse? What about in jest? Do people still know about them or worship them? If so, who and how? It could be only certain clans know of your god, or maybe everyone does, or no one.

I also need to know bout any major events they've done that will affect the game world as well as special locations to them if they have any.

For example, Daethaneus destroyed a continent, and Raydark brought destruction wherever he travelled.
The place where Demora met Death, a great oak tree, could be a key location.
The last forest that Pan threw a banquet could be another.

The spot where Barachiel was first created there is a white rose bush that grew and has not died. Bahji is weirdly attracted to it sometimes and doesn't know why. (Later I'd like to say it's still there and can't be removed for cool story telling)

I'd say he's well known with the major event being the battle with the serpent. Major because it was one of those good and evil battles and it's what made Barachiel so well known.

They would use his name if they need strength.
