@Bright_Ops@The Lioness@Hank@mackielars@Rultaos@Lmpwrkr@Andreyich@NecroKnight@Dannyrulx@agentmanateeFirst we get people saying how fast the posting is going, then, once it dies down, we get complete
silence. For shame.
Anyway, this is just a post to say that the Omnissiah has granted me internet once more, and that this RP will be proceeding (within the next two days) whether people like it or not. There is neverto do in the Guard, always something you could be doing or posting about without having to move the plot forward, and we have
thirteen people - minus a couple due to issues with the weather - so why are people's characters simply standing about?
I don't consider myself to be a tyrannical GM, but a week without (almost) any posting just seems like a wasted week to me.
So...
Those that need to get to the CC's tent should probably get there, while those that are not privy to her company can just as easily interact or go and spit-polish their boots and press their uniforms. Imagine this to be a very drawn out version of TT 'Only War' - what would you character be doing? Who would they be speaking to? What actions would you take and play out?
Lastly, I realise people are busy - I just did a week of night shifts myself - but all I ask is maybe an hour where you can sit down and just type out a post that keeps things smoothly going along. No need to leap forward in time, just a gradual pace to where they need to be. It is a hobby, not a job, after all, but for a GM to come back to his RP and find so little movement. Eh.
Thanks for reading this miniature rant, and yes, I'll get things rolling again soon; if you've any questions then please do ask.
