"Protect!" Titania conjured her shield and Jiraiya threw a gob of poisonous gunk at it. The shield blocked the attack.

Liam lost a few points. "Night Slash!" Liam called.

"Psychic!" With Trick Room in effect, Titania was able to make her move while Jiraiya was still a Poison type.

Jiriya was hit and took damage. He than charged at Titania with the Night Slash, this time wieldng it as two blades.

Titania was hit with the attack. "Use Moonblast!" The Gardevoir fired a beam of moonlight at Jiraiya.

"Jump and use Water Shuriken!" Liam called. Jiriya leapt leapt over the attack and launched his own

Titania took four hits from the attack. "Titania, Magical Leaf!" The Gardevoir launched a salvo of iridescent leaves at Jiraiya.

"Slice them with Night Slash!" Liam called.

[James Davy]

"Use Moonblast while he's distracted!" Jiraiya used his Night Slash to slice the leaves in two, leaving them inert. Titania conjured an orb of moonlight as the Greninja sliced the last leaf.

Jiriya was hit by the blast, and Liam lost more points. "Gunk Shot!"

The Trick Room had faded as Jiraiya threw a gob of poisonous slime at Titania. "Whip that Gunk Shot with Grass Knot!" The Gardevoir conjured a grassy rope and used it to whip the Gunk Shot off course. A loud crack had sounded on impact.

"Night Slash!" Liam called. Jiriya began to zero in to do some sword play, ending with an attack.

"Titania, Hyper Voice! Mega Ring activate!" Shiranui activated his Mega Ring and Titania was enveloped in the dazzling glow of Mega Evolution. The glow faded to reveal Titania's Mega form and the Mega Gardevoir took a deep breath and let loose a shout that was as captivating as a Primarina's singing thanks to her Pixilate ability.

Jiriya was hurt by the Hyper Voice, but continued to carry on with his move.

Jiraiya's attack connected and Shiranui lost some points.

"Gunk Shot into Water Shuriken!" Liam called. Jiriya tossed five shurikens of water and spat a glob of poison on each.

"Push 'em back with Psyshock!" Titania unleashed a wave of psychic energy similar to a blast wave, causing the poisoned shuriken to lose their shape and velocity.

Liam lost some points with that counter. "Double Night slash!" Jiriya began his graceful moves with two blades.

"Confuse Ray!" Titania let off a bright flash that left Jiraiya confused.
