Artemis stood on his back with her empty front paw able to easily reach the top of the wall placing the mud and wrapping the leaf around it. She also did a few more as she stood on his back. "Wow you are really strong." She said as Kalina handed her another leaf.

Cyren blushed softly from her praise, shaking his head lightly. "Being strong..is what is required of a hunter." He said. It was actually true..you had to be stronger than your prey at times, smart enough to know when to retreat or attack.

Artemis smiled when he said that. "That is definitely true." She said as she finished with the last leaves on the wall. "Hmm I think this should do it." She said as she stood down off of Cyren brushing up against him softly.

Cyren nodded, smiling softly as he leaned up. As she brushed up against him, he turned his head, putting it on top of hers, before drawing away playfully. "Do you think we need anything else for the den?"

Artemis looked around the den and nothing else was needed. She worked with a lot less before but she was happy on how it came out. "I think this would be great." She said blushing at Cyren so her cubs could not see.

Cyren looked at her, noticing, almost feeling the heat on her face. He smiled shortly afterwards, patting her paw with his own. The emerald eyed lion looked at Nikko and Kalina. "Nikko, let's go train. Kalina, you may come along if you choose to do so. Alright, cubs?"

Roho nodded as he got off the red lion and went up to the rock before climbing it. Once he was on top, he looked around to see what he could spot.

While on his perch, in the distance. There would be a group of Hyenas circle a badly injured gray lion cub who was growling at them. She was only a cub so her chances of survival were quite low but she still stood there defiant and brave.
"Roho, what do you see?" Crimson asked him as he stretched and began to climb the rock himself using his experience growing up here to move quite fast.

Roho saw the group of hyenas and the cub. Seeing she was in trouble, he looked over to Crimson. "Girl cub surrounded by hyenas. Should we help?" He looked up at the older lion. This wasn't a case of wandering off, he just wanted to help her.

Crimson nodded and picked Roho up in his mouth and quickly moved towards the cub and the hyenas. "Stay here" he said to Roho as he put him down as the Satla creatures appeared round him as protection.
Crimson then began to stalk towards the hyenas and the cub. "Looks like we have a snack guys" the lead one said with a laugh as he circled the young cub who growled at him.
"Back off, you dogs" She said weakly. Now that they were closer, you could see the claw gashes across her flank. The leader laughed again before he said "Your going to be a nice snack". With that, he went to leap at her before he was slammed into a rock by Crimson who roared loudly making the hyenas yelp and panic.

Kalina thought about it but she knew she was not the best hunter. "Can I go play with Gumu?" She asked Artemis smiling up at her. Artemis smiled. "Yes you can just come check in with me when you can." She said smiling. She was happy that she was coming out of her shell more. She knew that she was confident if she put her mind to it. "I wanna learn how to be a hunter." Nikko said jumping up and smiling at Cyren and his mother.

Kalina ran off saying goodbye and headed towards the front of pride rock trying to find her friend. "Gumu? Where are you?" She asked smiling as she pranced over to see if she could find him. She wanted to get to know him more and Nikko looked like he was having fun. She knew it was scary to be by herself but she knew she had to grow up sometime.

Gumu had been searching for the two of them the whole time. As he got closer, he heard one calling out to him. "Kalina, over here!" He ran in the direction of her voice.

Roho stayed where he was as the older lion went to help the little girl. He sat down for a bit, looking up at the Satla every now and then. I wonder what she's like. He sat there in thought as he waited for Crimson to finish.

Maisha's next task for her daughter was knowing how to mask her scent so the prey would not be able to detect her. She looked as a few white birds(npc) landed in the grass. She went over to one them and asked one if they would like to help her train her daughter. Once she got one to agree, she said, "Okay, get on that small rock." She then turned around before walking back over to Malaika. "Alright, now, go hide in some tall grass."

Malaika put her paw to her forehead as if saluting before going off to find some tall grass to hide in. Once she did, she turned around to see where the white bird was. She kept her ears open for more instructions.

Cyren smiled down at Nikko before nodding. "I keep my promises. Let's go train." Then he looked at Artemis. "..If you want to come, you can." He began to walk out and towards the tall grass, scenting the air.

Kalina smiled when she heard Gumu call out. "Hey Gumu! I was wondering if you wanted to play for a while." She said smiling at him hoping he would say yes.

Artemis smiled and followed them before he could finish his sentence. "I would not miss this at all." She said playfully as Nikko ran ahead laughing.

Cyren smiled silently, as he entered the tall grass and then sniffed the air once more before kneeling to whisper to Nikko. "Now, the first rule is..never take more than needed."

Taking advantage of their panic. Crimson quickly moved to the young cub who growled at him weakly though seeing he was another lion which strange colours made her at ease.
Crimson spoke to her softly before he quickly picked her up in his mouth and returned to Roho though not before setting off an Anurk stampede at the Hyenas who had only just regained their balance before they were painfully carried away by the herd.
Crimson put the young cub in front of Roho and grab one of the flowers which had a purple glow to it, he quickly turned it into a pasty liquid which he softly place over the girl wound, though he was able to make it a lesson to Roho about what each flower colour represented.
"She'll need to relax for a bit before we move on, I'll patrol the area if you can keep an eye on her ok Roho?" Crimson said to him before leaving the cave to patrol while the Satla guarded.
The young cub watched him leave and then looked at Roho "Who are you two? Is he your father or something?" She asked him as she laid on her front to look at him.

Roho nodded at Crimson before he turned to the girl who thought the red lion was his father. "I'm Roho and no, Crimson is not my father." He answered plainly.

Gumu smiled as she asked to play. "Of course I would. What game?" He decided to let her pick it since both he and Nikko picked one the day before.

Nikko nodded his head and crouched down beside him to watch what he did. "Okay thats good to know." He said smiling up at him. Artemis found a tall rock that she could lay down to watch from above. She was curious what Cyren would show him.

Kalina smiled. "Hmm well I am not good at wrestling but we could play chase?" She said wagging her tail back and forth. She was happy she could finally have a friend that was not her own brother.

"Roho and Crimson?, my name is Selina. If he's not your father that what are you doing here with him? Don't you know the darklands are extremely harsh to anyone who was not born here" Selina said to him watching him closely.
Even in her weakened state, Roho seemed to be a good lion though she was curious about what he would be like when she was back to full health.

Gumu nodded and got a head start. "Okay!" He began to playfully run away while looking back at her and laughing at the same time.

Roho looked at her. "Yeah, he told me about this land and he's training me here." He knew his mother didn't mind as long as he had adult with him. "I never really knew my father by the way." He looked down on that one, having always wanted to know what his father was like. I wonder if he was like me.
