In which case, can we just consider this an agreement and still call her a Yuki-Onna? I know it might seem like a minor detail but it feels important to me.

Also, if my character is accepted I'm just supposed to copy-paste in to the char-tab, right?

And as a final question, if my character IS accepted, where is my starting point? Should I do the whole room-assignment thing or should I just start off in the present?

I would suggest you have a summary of arriving and the hassle of going through the crowd before showing up to an empty room since we don't know who you'll room with.

@Ryougu and @AimeChambers that was going to be my suggestion. As far as what to call her maybe go by one of the Yuki-Onna's other names, like snow girl or.... that's the nicest sounding other name, so either that or just call her an ice witch.
