@Letmehaveone2 i would think so, even though Venn is a were-rat, he was a human first, plus he is also an animal sort of as he is spliced with the dna of his old pet Romeo. Though I don't know the details of Vile's powers and interactions with Were-creatures, i would imagine that at least Venn being a human turned rat monster thing would at least be of internist to Vile

With actual people, he can turn anyone into a monster, but doesn't mean he'll have control over them every time. Besides right now, he only wants to test. So, in a way Venn would be like a test subject for him.
