The next idea after a logistics officer was a medic... But looking at the current roster, there's already one that can do healing magic, a surgeon that can go invisible and another candidate with the ability to quickly learn a healing spell if need be... That is assuming the players of said characters are still on board...
There's no shortage of melee combatants, be it smiting knees or bopping heads and there's have someone which has technically a crude form of telekinesis, someone who can make essentially land mines that hit you with lightning instead of blowing you up and then there's someone that can lay in ambush really well... And yes someone with a bow...
So current options for specialty is one that specializes in range probably further than that of bow shot to not have an overlap with that...
A "tank" which will likely involve someone in a lot of armor or some other way of being able to take a lot of punishment in stride...
An artillery piece... a glass cannon if you will...
I'd work up a character specifically around their role so the question here would be what would you like as an addition to the current roster...
