Ohaio, students of Shibusen! It's been a while since the school has opened it's doors. As the Headmaster of the Shibusen, the Shinigami Weapon Meister Vocational School, I am greatly welcoming everyone of you into this humble establishment. Unfortunately, neither Shinigami-sama, nor his successor Death the Kid could join in on this, hence me standing in front of all of you.

Even more troubling, the sole reason that this school was revived from it's hundred year old slumber is the rising news about rampaging Witches and the rumors of new Kishins rising. After the defeat of Kishin Asura and the remainder of the Arachne cult, the world was left at peace. As it seems, this peace was not left alive for too long.

I still hope you all enjoy the celebrations. Eat and drink, let us all enjoy this fiesta!

Welcome fellow RPers.

Shibusen is open up once again, after a hundred years of peace. The war against Kishin Asura was won by the brave students of Shibusen, Black Star, Maka Albarn and Death the Kid, along with their Demon Weapons, Tsubaki, Soul Eater, Liz and Patty Thompson.
Along with the defeat of a Demon God, the remainder of the Witches Council was crushed and scattered across the skies. With the death of the Gorgon Sisters, peace was established and founded. The generation of Shibusen students spend five years in Shinigami's watchful eye, before the hunt for witch souls was practically impossible, breaking the tradition of creating a Death Scythe, the weapons of Shinigami.
And the days passed...

The recent three years, beginning with the night of Walpurgis, witches have returned in great number and chaos spread once more. Humans with the capability of becoming another Demon God, attacked villages and cities alike. Even with the newest technology, nothing could best the spreading lethality more than a Demon Weapon. Even with the bloodline of Demon Weapons continuing, an untrained person could barely fight.

This rose the need of Shibusen...

Last, but not least, some rules I'd like to cover.

1. If problems arise throughout the IC, please remain polite and address such problems in the OOC. Should people not come to terms, it will the GM (me) or Co-GMs to decide what will happen.
2. Joining this RP, you accept that you will not leave without telling the people in OOC and that you follow the unwritten(?) guidelines to Casual RPing, which are one paragraph at least, no double-post unless it is necessary and discussed, no "auto-hitting", no "God-modding" and a clean environment inside the OOC. Your character may use foul language as he pleases, but the OOC is to talk about problems and plan with others ahead.
3. Though your English cannot be the most perfect, please make sure that your sentences are understandable and cleanly written out. Some mistakes can occur, but leaving a cluster of words as a sentence is both poor and leaves others confused.
4. Sexual content should not be addressed inside a group RP. If it is necessary for you, then please PM-RP that person.

The blade turns into a very large needle. Hitting the target triggers the attack, letting the soul of the target stab against the other soul repeatedly, dimming the resonance of it and dislocating the soul from others. Meisters cannot operate their Demon Weapons, while Witches loose their magic for a short while.

I hope you don't mind me shuffling about the signup a bit, ahah. ^^; ...Also, I think you should know that Jackie's human appearance picture doesn't work, as it's just a Zerochan "no hotlinking" banner.

• Appearance/Weapon Form: Weapon form on the right. She's rather short in human form, standing at roughly 4'6". Her weapon form, however, reverses those digits and stands at 6'4" long.

• Personality: Contrary to her elegant, refined appearance, Nightwish is... Neither of those things. She is surly, easily irritated and rather aggressive, as well as very sarcastic. She loves nothing more than a good fight against a strong enemy, and will jump at any chance she has of testing her abilities. Nightwish is very proud of being a Demon Weapon, and believes that it is her sole purpose in life to be used as such; unlike many other characters who see themselves as solely a weapon, however, she is very happy with her lot in life, even if her disgruntled nature doesn't show it off very much. Despite her violent nature, she has her own code of honour, one of these being that she will never start a fight; if she provokes someone enough that they start one, however, then it's fair game. She does not like being touched, and responds to most attempts to make physical contact with her with slapstick violence.

History: eager and excited when carson learned about the miesters and weapons he always asked the masters that taught him martial arts and took him in when he was exiled from his family, only to be told they did not allow people to use each other like so, but after nagging them about demon weapons, his grand master decided he would teach him to become a weapon, but carson could not maintain one weapon form, and constantly changed weapons. Though he was devastated, he trained everyday to confirm a single weapon as his form, and after months of training he worked his soul to the point that he had complete control over his soul, and took the one form of a bo staff. After showing his grand master, he was told about the witch power that plagued the rest of society and was told to use his new found ability to help in any way he could.

History:
Sumato grew up in the Yuzo Clan, a clan of assassins that use stealth and martial arts to their advantage. People are to hire them when someone is breaking the law, or for the most part, just need someone assassinated. Due to there being peace for most of the time, the little work they got began not to matter as training their young in the art of assassination has became tradition with the Clan. Sumato grew up reading about anatomy to start his training off, restlessly he did, learning about vital spots and pressure points. (Age four)

Then he began his physical training, training he was supposed to go through with for eighteen years. First part of training was speed, he spent hours running, learning how to go faster as he went, but was also taught to take light steps to be silent. Within a few months, he got it down, almost perfectly. (Age 4 [Started]-[Finished] 5)

Next was agility, he spent hours jumping on a trampoline doing flips. Once he was finished flipping for a few hours, he'd get on a more rocky surface and start flipping there. Falling a few times getting cuts and bruises, he did alright, and went back to the trampoline. The second part was to always land in one spot on the trampoline, while doing flips and slowly getting higher and higher. He got it down within a couple hours, then put those skills to the test in a forest where he began hopping from tree to tree, only alerting animals when he got near due to them not hearing him. As it helped practice his agility and stealth, it also helped with stamina as he kept going even if he were dying for a breath.

Next he worked on his hand-eye coordination, which started off with writing without looking at his hands. He were to look at words on a wall then write them down, at first he used to scribble a mess on the desk he were working on. Within a few months, he atleast got writing on the paper down. It took another few months for him to perfect getting the words down, but he did. The second step was now writing without looking at his hands, or words on the wall. He were to memorize quotes and then write them down....It took a year for him to do so, but he did so well. The third part was throwing weapons, he first studied them. Shuriken, senbon (Bo shuriken), kunai, and even some swords. It took him a two months into a new year to finish reading, then he began with his weapons. In a training field, he were to hit training dummies where the targets lay without aiming. He missed for a while, but only because he was trying to get a feel for the weapons. As he got used to them, he began hitting the targets directly. That was one of the quickest they've seen anyone improve in ranged weapons, next they took the targets off and Sumato had to remember where they were and hit them...He did perfectly, and was now ready to go to the next stage.

At age nine, Sumato had walked off into the woods to practice with his father. That's when they came across a baby animal, one so young that it couldn't even open it's eyes. His father tried to kill it since it would never be able to fend on it's own, but Sumato protested against it. His father got the wrong idea and tried to make Sumato kill it to make him stronger, give him no weakness, but at that age Sumato had been more mature than most kids. He persuaded his father into making him keep the animal, and they brought it back to the Clan grounds where Sumato cared for it. Within a month, it had already grown, and Sumato saw that it was a girl and named her Snow. When Sumato wasn't training, he played and cared for Snow. But he had lots more training to do. He trained in the arts of Muay Thai, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, and Chaquan. He trained in those for a year, perfecting the basics and even learning how to use a sword within it. Snow herself learned a few things from a personal trainer, learning how to move silently and quickly and trained to track more than her basic instincts allowed.

Got myself a CS up. Didn't know quite what to do with the history because of the whole weapon and meister thing, so i just thought i would include a basic history. Its entirely open for change, because i might want it different with a weapon or something :)

History (open for change with a weapon): As a young child Dante didn't have any aspirations, dreams, or hopes. Growing up in an orphanage can have that effect on a boy. He would just sit and read all day, until one day he stumbled upon a book called ‘The history of Shibusen’. This book contained the stories of the school, and the students, from its creation to the time when it was no longer needed. After reading the wondrous stories of the Meisters and Weapons that took down the Demon God, he had decided he wanted to be a Meister. Even though he had been told that witches were gone and there was nothing to fight, he still never gave up. He started teaching himself to fight, practicing with a stick he found outside one day. He would swing it like a sword for hours with no breaks. His personality slowly changed from being reclusive and quiet, to being happy, sociable and almost like the big brother of the younger kids. The orphanage workers saw how much he was working and decided they would get him a present. On his 10th birthday they gave him a sword. It was a blunt, beaten up katana but to Dante it was the best thing he had ever been given. Every day he would practice outside, eventually becoming very skilled with swords. He would use brooms as staffs and butter knives as daggers, broadening his weapon skills. He practiced relentlessly and as such, was never adopted. Who would adopt the kid that played with knives? Even if a family did want him, he wouldn't leave. He loved everyone at the orphanage too much to just up and leave them without a reason. He spent the next 7 years at the orphanage, heightening his skills to one day fight witches. So when Shibusen opened again after 100 years, Dante packed up all of his things and left, sadly leaving behind all the children and workers that he had grown close to. They were his family and after a sad parting, he left and made his way to the school, excited to become a student at the school of his dreams.
