I have to agree with @Rithy, in term of Tiberius, he like your 'let me get all up in your personal space as I want to be the last thing you see' kind guy.

@Arcarius@Rithy Well, in that case, might I suggest dual forward teams, One side headed by Tiberius, backed by Vella, Skarr taking up the rear, while Ellis takes point on the other side, backed by Ja'Far. Rykarn runs diversion, behind Phalanx, who strikes at range to soften them up beforehand.

Totally forgot about Rol'Naaris/Rayes. I'd put Rol'Naaris on Diversion with Rykarn, and Rayes on Support behind Ellis and Ja'Far.

@SgtEasy Two teams, moving in a double helix formation, systematically regrouping in force, then breaking into parallell assault teams, while guys far ahead get sniped out of nowhere, and a Krogan charges through the center with a deadly, invisible helper.

@Rithy I didn't mean it like that! She's just better equipped to fight large groups of soft targets in the open than, say, someone like Ja'Far, who can't handle the spotlight.

She also has a Missile Launcher for hard targets as well :P

(I've actually considered maybe swapping it for like a plasma launcher or something, just for more sci-fi!)

@RithyThe plasma launcher would be more anti-vehicle. Due to the ballistic nature of a missile, the fire and shrapnel are secondary damage, while the brunt of the blow is the kinetic energy released on explosion. This makes the secondary damage types of the missile useless against vehicles, but extremely effective, along with the explosion itself, against infantry.

The plasma launcher just nails something with hot plasma. It doesn't splash far, and it sticks, limiting its capabilities against enemy infantry, but because it sticks so hard, it makes it hell on earth for tanks and mechs. Plasma launchers can also be used to shut down an area from occupation by enemy forces for a limited time. No one wants to enter a room full of hot plasma.

Edit: but nah missiles are awesome. Nothing says 'I mean business so give me all your money' like a rocket pod.

I always did picture Rayes as more support than a fighter. He'd get rid of shields and enemy barriers from afar or behind someone to make the enemy an easier target with his tech. On missions, while he does that, I also saw him as someone who would open locked doors, bypass security systems, repair things on the field, etc. All in all a definititive tech support character.
