I thought about Sombra's hacking quite a bit. Writing it as we speak, actually. I'm going to have the effects be short-term depending on the character. Obviously for Omnics, they were built to withstand things like hacking (I would assume so anyway - they are robots, after all), so any hacking to make them go offline or at the very least paralyse them/disable their weapons would be short-lived. For those in mech suits, the effects would last a little longer. For those with robotic limbs/enhancements, it'd be a little bit more effective there. The way I'm writing it is, if Sombra wants to really disable/take over something, she's going to need to get a hold of something for more than a few seconds. That's not going to be likely with these characters, unless we chose to write it as such. Either way, I just tried to develop it in a way that would make it better suited to writing and group-roleplaying, as opposed to playing a game where the aim is to kill everyone and win. That's not the aim here.

Extremely spirited, and a rather quick-witted young woman; Raelene is seen by all who have the luck of getting to know her to be both exceedingly compassionate, and caring in nature towards all those who show her that they are truly deserving of both her time and attention- the young girl not only waiting until they have not only proven their worth, but also until they have earned her respect and loyalty, before she allows them to see the ‘real’ her… the young woman herself showing nothing but the purest of comfort, and love towards those of who she considers not only her family, but also her friends. Considered to be exceptionally beautiful by many whom meet her; Raelene often tends to attract both the attention, and affections of numerous men, and while the rather passionate and suave young woman is unafraid to openly flirt, or at times, lead them on to get what it is that she desires, she is intensely faithful and fiercely loyal towards the one who has managed to steal her heart at any given time.

Pyrokinesis: Exceedingly skilled in the more dangerous, and at times extremely unpredictable ability of pyrokinesis; Raelene is able to proficiently generate as well as both manipulate and control the flames of a fire- allowing her the ability to manipulate something as small as lighting and or playing with the flame of a candle, or something much grander as being able to shoot or cover her entire body with flames.
Weapons
Chain Hook: Her primary weapon of choice, Raelene both owns a sharp and deadly hook that is attached to the end of a very long chain which she uses to hurl at her targets, most times using it to hook into an enemies flesh, dragging them back and causing immense physical pain and damage to target, allowing her to bring them into close range for an easier kill.
Concussion Mine: Admiring and taking after her cousin, Jamison; Raelene both makes and uses homemade concussion mines of her own design- the mines themselves able to create a rather intense and concentrated blast that knocks back both the user and anyone else in the vicinity. After placing down her concussion mines, Raelene can trigger it to damage enemies and send them flying... or to even propel herself through the air, allowing her to leap to high places or surprise those she just wants to mess about with.
Steel Trap: Unafraid to cause pain and havoc, much like her cousin before her, Raelene is able to toss out giant, metal-toothed traps which (when stepped by foe, friend or civilian alike) clamps down tightly upon their leg, injuring and immobilizing them; the traps anchoring the enemy to the one spot and causing immense amount of pain for the one trapped in it's jaws.
Ultimate Ability
Wild Fire: A stronger, more concentrated and dangerous form of of her pyrokinesis; Raelene is able to produce intense white-hot flames from her body, the temperature of such flames able to reach such heights that, despite her well-known and extremely strong resistance to fire and heat, are able to both char and damage her body to the point that she will need to spend time recovering within the infirmary- this particular ability the cause of many a wild fire to rip through Australia.
Other: Serving as a reminder of the dangers that come with living the life of a Junker; Raelene, after an unfortunate though extremely serious accident that happened not long after her seventeenth birthday, has a mechanical left arm which was not only designed, but also made and is maintained by her cousin.
Growing up surrounded by people who loved to not only celebrate and get together for almost any reason, but who also rarely ever said the word no or refused a drink whenever offered to them; Raelene has a simple need, and a strong love and enjoyment of both spending time and entertaining her family and the rest of her mates, often using this as an excuse to throw barbecues or cook for her family and mates whenever she had the chance, giving everyone a chance to just sit back with good food, good company, and a nice cold beer.
Showing an extreme, and intense liking to not only beer, but also whiskey, and almost any other type of alcohol she comes across, the young woman is able to out-drink almost all and any who come up against her in a drinking competition, including her cousin.
Though showing mass amounts of control over her pyrokinesis; Raelene does (on the rare occasion) have some trouble with control whenever she seems to get overly excited, scared or even flustered- her emotions causing varying effects such as causing her to heat up and smoke, or even have her hair flair up or burst into flames.

Jamison is an explosive-obsessed "Freak" who lives to cause chaos and destruction. He has a low opinion of omnics and those who believe they can be trusted, and has an intense disliking of "Suits" or rather corporate business personal.
Jamison is a chaos inducing maniac, having a passion for explosives and destruction. He dislikes being tricked and taken advantage off, adn is willing to do any job that allows him to blow things up-he's wacky enough to do any job that comes his way just for that. A tad clumsy, Jamison nevertheless finds joy in life, and isn't afraid to laugh at himself.
Despite his deliuent ways Jamison does have many positive virtues, caring for his friends greatly, he is always ready to jump to their defense, and to do whatever it takes to protect them, to make them laugh or smile. He also prefers to reason with people rather than violence to get out of a bad situation.

Brief Biography:
The attack on the Australian omnium's fusion core forever altered the landscape of the Outback. After the detonation, the area was transformed into a harsh, irradiated wasteland, littered with debris and the twisted fragments of the ruined facility, and unlivable to most.
But there were some who survived. Calling themselves the Junkers, they scavenged the husk of the omnium and formed a lawless, cutthroat society in its shadow. Junkrat was one of them, eking out a living reclaiming metal and components from the ruins. Like many others, he was affected by the lingering radiation. This touch of madness made him ideal for handling dangerous explosives, a love which he turned into an obsession.
He came to notoriety when he discovered an extremely valuable secret in the bones of the omnium. Though few knew the nature of what he found, he was nonetheless pursued by bounty hunters, gangs, and opportunists wherever he went, until he made a deal with the Junker enforcer Roadhog, who grudgingly agreed to be his personal bodyguard in exchange for a fifty-fifty share of the spoils.

Ultimte ability: rip Tire
Junkrat revs up a motorized tire bomb and sends it rolling across the battlefield, climbing over walls and obstacles. He can remotely detonate the RIP-Tire to deal serious damage to enemies caught within the blast, or just wait for it to explode on its own.

Abilities
Samwell has the use of a metal suit, which covers him head to toe and tends to protect him from damange. The suit can take a fair beating, however it can be fragile, more lightweight then anything else, enabling him to fly in the air, his suit is made to protect him against attacks and dangerous weather.
Laser beam Samwell can, using his suit, shoot a laser beam, a thin devestating attack that can kill quite quickly.
Thrusters Samwell has the ability to fly through thrusters in his hands and feet, which unfortunately leaves him a bit vulnerable, however in flight he can hover, freeing his hands.
Laser whip When his suit is destroyed, Samwell has a laser wipe which he uses to defend himself, as well as to cause damange.
Ultimate ability Man of Steel Samwell's ultimate is more based on defense then anything else, this he uses to increase the armor of both himself and those around him on his team, giving them a bit of invicibility for a few seconds.

I didn't mention that all three were in Overwatch, as only Firewatch and Firestarter are in Overwatch. Raelene yeah, she's with the Junkers. I'm just saying... Talon shouldn't need a fire type... but rather someone who can PUT OUT the fire...

But....I did honestly toy with the idea of making a water based character, but honestly, it didn't seem to work.
Of course, Mei could counter some of these fire based abilities, but no one has claimed her sadly.
Eight... well. I can make up to 4 or 5, depending on the scenario (kinda lying actually I mean I have 7 in Phoenix Wing but you know 3 of them are kinda NPCs so)... but EIGHT like mainstream playable characters? I think that may cause a heavy amount of work and busy-ness don't you think?.
I remember in my old Overwatch RP did someone make a Water character as a tank class... I may revisit that idea again and go from there, but don't count it as confirmed yet.
