so @Eisenhorn, would your character be familiar with Imperial Psykers?

I only ask because my intention that the only give away that he is a psyker is the few neural implants he has and that most citizens would not know what those implants are specifically, where as someone familiar with Psykers would know Izrah is because of his implants. Otherwise i dont really want him appearing as a psyker, just a weird dude in a robe with a staff.

@Sophrus Honestly? Not really, he's a mercenary without much exposure to the psykers of the Imperium, so he wouldn't know one based off the implants alone. Far as a casual glance would tell him, it's just a weird dude with a staff. Even a closer look, he might notice the implants, but he wouldn't know the significance of them, so until powers come up, he would just have him pegged as a stranger with strange implants.

OK, thats fine too. Though, neural implants in this area of the hive would certainly be very rare. so he would at least be a curiosity.

You by no means have to, in fact you can pretty much do what you like, it just helps to gather everyone to the same place.

@Jbcool Yea, intended for the bar to be in the lower levels of the hive, underhive, all that jazz. So I reckon it seems to work for parties involved.

Well the lowerhive and the underhive are two very seperate sections of a hive city. Living in the underhive is much more of a madmax style existence compared to the labour class poverty of the lower hive. It doesn't have much in the way of businesses or establishments and no one same ever goes down there willingly. It's hard to overstate how destitute it really is compared to even the lower hive levels.

If it was easy to leave the underhive and just waltz into the lower hive there probably wouldn't be as many people living in the underhive.

I assumed my character would probably be contained in the underhive until her gang fought its way up to the higher levels

Or until the quest for the tomes or simple militant purging brought some people into the underhive to fight the gangs and mutants

@Jbcool Feel free, if it appeals to you. The obvious point if you do is to skip to after the sex, but there's also a potential need to go over what external alterations Darran's made to the Countess' body, as well as how he avoided being stabbed to death. Perhaps by threatening to cut some important muscles, to make it impossible to retract the bone blades or what have you, since obviously that'd instantly ostracise her from the polite society she likes to pretend she's still part of.
