I have one right now, on my left shoulder. Only the lining though because at the time I got it, I didn't have the money to do the colouring too. Now I'm saving up for shading and probably colouring but I don't know yet what I want with it exactly :)

Yes, it is hard to find a good tattoo. Personally I have been thinking of tattoos when I was 13 years old (The moment my older sister got her first) and a lot ideas passed my mind (a lot also are in a trash can now) This one i did at least three years over to find the perfect idea

Yeah that's normally how it goes. Trying to find something you won't get bored with or has a lot of personal meaning. Maybe something will happen in my future and I'll just know what to get.
