Yeah, most likely going Benkei. Unless I manage to whip up Fionn mac Cumhaill (who's already canon, so it's just a matter of describing his abilities and secondary NPs) and he is accepted, then in that case, please no female.
I'll just roll with Benkei. or Fionn.
@Turboshitter
Military tactics was actually the one I had before BowNArrow, but since she wasn't an Archer class I felt the need for some arrow limitations. But if you say magically spawned arrows is more or less canon, I'll just put back MT then. And fair enough, I'll fix that too.
I mean, that NP is basically only useful against Archers and Casters considering a stronger duelist is basically able to win that battle. I kinda liked it the most of my ideas of NPs though, as all my rough drafts had it. I dunno, the concept of mano-a-mano has always fascinated me. In fact, when we discussed the mount NP I felt more appealed to ditch the bow instead as I had no real creative ideas for it. As for the statline change, that's all fine with me.
Anyways, here's a list of potential ideas I had for NPs that may work better for you?-Yavakh Mangudai (Ride Forth Mangudai): An NP that calls forth her sworn guard (10 horsearchers) to join the fight as a pseudo-anti-unit/army NP. Think Iskander's NP in a smaller but more mighty scale?
-Munkh Khukh Tengri (Eternal Blue Sky): An NP that calls down a rain of arrows from the skies, where all arrows are the souls of dead Mongols, Huns, Türks, Hungarians and Xiongnu throughout time. In other words, an actual rain of arrows. It'd most definitely be an Anti-Army type of NP, though both costly and incredibly powerful.
-Tsaagan Mori (White Horse): An NP that summons all horses that Genghis owned in her life that rides forth in a mighty stampede, led by Genghis' own mount. It'd be more Anti-Army than anything else.
-Dynasty's End: Genghis' blade that finally broke down the walls of China, letting the mongol hordes in. Powerful enough while enhancing Genghis' close quarter combat strength greatly.
@Grey I'm fine with it.
@KawaiiKyouko
One thing to keep in mind. Genghis Khan was also known to many as the "Scourge of God."
Attila the Hun was also known as the "Scourge of God," and we all know how he... er... she(?) turned out...

And Genghis did get a golden whip from the gods like how Atilla got her sword...

Obviously, since Genghis Khan is a Rider, if we go with him having the whip, this should be his main Noble Phantasm...
