Just a heads up about what's going on in the post I'm about to make, Argus is downing a canister of liquid hydrogen. His reason for doing so is that it's an extremely effective chemical fuel source; which he needs to rejuvenate his internal flame if he's injured.

HOWEVER, when I was doing some research on various liquid fuels he could use for that purpose I stumbled across some interesting information. When burning, hydrogen puts out a significant amount of UV radiation and creates a flame which is invisible to the naked eye.

Not intentional, (my original plan was to go looking for a tanning bed and a portable generator) but it might put out enough UV rays to buy Richard and Amaya time to get away.

@Blueflame Question. If enough of the shadow got burned off, would it force Mason back into a weaker form?

@Phantomlink959 technically yes but you would have to put off the same amount as the sun so realistic all you would only beable to force him back into his nighttime form.

My plan is as follows; Amaya covers the surrounding in ice to act as a mirror, Richard creates a blast of holy light which will reflect off the ice from all sides, Argus follows up with a concentrated blast of UV-emitting hydrogen flames.

Perfect world it roughly adds up to 2-3 seconds worth if unfiltered daylight, with the mirror in front of Griffin preventing HIM from getting fried by it too.

@Phantomlink959 that would work but you now have to worry about the trail from earlier or his own blood for that matter making a wall again blocking it

@LightningMaiden That'd reflect the light and UV radiation away from him, and not really do much in the way of actually weakening him. It might slow him down, but not properly weaken him.
