Personality
Carmen Chavana is a wise-cracking snarky smartass who does a little wetwork. In short, she's the type of person who would rescue someone from a fire, but steal their valuables and shoot the arsonist in the process. She's a very empathetic and caring person towards friends and those who aren't in the game, but she has no qualms of killing an offending party, especially those who already qualify for a death sentence in almost any western civilization. While she's also brave and smart, she's also somewhat anti-social, and prefers to be with at least one or two other people she could trust with her life. She's also not the type to start fights, normally keeping a calm persona about her (despite cursing in spanish many times when she's mad), and never drawing her weapons or using force unless she really has to (normally in order to end the conflict as swiftly as possible). However, due to her past life as a felon and her service in Iraq, she's had a strong distrust of governments and figures of authority. So while she's willing to cooperate with authority figures who have common sense and decency, she's not the type to take any shit from them.

Bio
Born and raised in San Diego by an alcoholic mother and an abusive father, Carmen grew up learning her powers from dodging and taking blows from her drunk father whenever he came back from work. She ran away from home when she became a teenager, having ended up in a local hispanic gang where she used her powers to prove her worth and do some... 'business' for them. However, when doing a burgalary, she shot a pedophile dead, and protecting the children he held captive, she waited until the police showed up so they would be able to be safe once again. She was sentenced to prison shortly after her first kill, and served only 4 years given the circumstances and leaving on good behavior. Soon after leaving prison, Carmen had a desire to atone and use her powers for good, soon joining a volunteer force in Iraq to fight terrorists. She met Hakeem there, and after learning about each other's powers and each other's secrets, the two hit it off quite well, and became the best of friends. After defeating the terrorist threat, Carmen came back home to America with Hakeem in tow, finding work as a security contractor for some time. She was bored as hell from this new job, but she and her best friend were found by Peace Sentinel, where they worked as wetworkers for the shadowy but somewhat good-leaning organization. At the request of Peace Sentinel, she's attending the academy, albeit begrudgingly.

Power 1
Insane Reflexes (or "Bullet Time")
This slows down time for herself and herself only, and to a considerable degree. She sees everything in slow motion, to the point where she could see bullets (they are moving insanely fast but she could still see them). This timing allows her to perform all kinds of things with the most insane reflexes, as well as perform and time everything correctly. Proper parkour, aiming a gun, bobbing and weaving in fistfightts, driving a vehicle, defusing bombs, it has all sorts of applications, which allow her to do all of these things with insane precision and accuracy, as well with great speed. A few good examples of such feats could be examined here, here, here and here.

Power 2
Enhanced Senses
Comes with the ability of fast reflexes, this allows her to see farther and clearer than most, hear things from a distance and tune her hearing, and smell things a little better than most humans can. This allows her to detect threats and clues most other humans cannot do.

Friends
Hakeem is her best friend, and most trusted ally. Having experienced a whole lot of trials and tribulations with him, the two are nearly inseparable at this point.

Sentimental Attachment
Carries the patch of the volunteer counter-terrorism force she was in, which was the patch of the IFB (International Fighting Brigade). When she can, she also reads whatever book Hakeem wants her to read, despite her being almost illiterate and not much for reading anyway.

Weapon
If she can, she normally carries a Jericho 941 (9mm) handgun, with some magazines that have different ammo. Otherwise, she simply just carries a collapsible baton.

Other

Currently works for the rather secretive but well-equiped organization known as Peace Sentinel, who works as an intelligence firm, peacekeeping organization and an black-ops military force for any country that needs them. While Carmen does not carry anything that refers back to PS, Peace Sentinel is always within her mind so any telepath could pick up on that relatively easily.

Personality
Hakeem is a well-educated scholar who's studied lots of English, Kurdish and Turkish in order to speak with regional folks in his homeland of Iraq. He's somewhat progressive for many people in the Middle East, though while he kept his political leanings to himself, he kept a whole lot of things about him to himself as he feared persecution from the various people that lived in the areas he studied. He is a rather timid but polite and once he does get along with someone, he becomes extremely loyal to them. Due to being a scholar, he's gained a habit of asking questions. While he abhorred violence of any kind, when he fought against terrorists in Iraq, he changed his view over time as he fought, witnessing the horrors that evil can bring upon the innocent. As a result, he treats those he deems evil very harshly.

Bio
Being born and raised in Iraqi Kurdistan under two Arab parents, Hakeem was one of the kids that you would consider a 'nerd' in school, with his face always buried in a book. However, as he grew up, he wanted to become a librarian who helped keep books in schools and public libraries in Erbil. He discovered his superhuman abilities when he was young, but he hadn't had time to practice them in fear of persecution from those he knew. However, when terrorist groups started showing up to Hakeem's doorstep, he stepped up and fought as a volunteer, using his somewhat undeveloped and limited powers for good. Having met his new American friend Carmen after she volunteered to help fight, the two became very close friends and were nearly inseparable. The two fought terrorists together for at least a year before moving back to the United States to work as security contractors. Soon, they were recruited by Peace Sentinel, where they acted within the interests of the shady organization to do their bidding and preserve society. Hakeem, still the badass bookworm today, is more than happy to attend the academy and learn new things and new people, even though he is on assignment.

Power
Telekinetic Burst
This is essentially Telekinesis but seriously nerfed. His telekinesis can only come in bursts, simply adding a massive amount of force to a certain object in order to move it in whatever direction he pleases, as the force could either be impacted against the object/target to damage it, or flow with the object for intact retrieval. Hakeem, however, cannot hold objects in the air without seriously straining his mind, and is trying to train to do so. However, his telekinetic force bursts could be added to his feet in order to make him jump much higher and land without a scratch, and be added to his fists in order to send targets across the area with possibly even broken bones.

His only friend at this point is Carmen Chavana, who he remains a stalwart ally and a loyal buddy to.

Sentimental Attachment

I just simplified them in this CS because otherwise it would take up 2/3rds of the sheet! lol And yeah, there's nothing wrong with doing it for RPs. It makes building and playing a character much easier that way, and you got a nice established one that can shine on the first post. :D
