the guy looked at James then to Kali and kissed her hand and gave a small bow to her. Kali blushed a little and looked at james and kissed his cheek. "thank you" she says to him.

he kissed her head "see, im here for you" he told her smiling. "you dont need to worry" he looked into her beautiful eyes.

He held her hand.

Elizabeth nodded with a faint smile.

she looks around "so are we going to stand here or dance?" she smiled at him.

he takes her hands and kisses them both before walking Elizabeth back to the table. he pulls out the seat for Elizabeth to sit in.

James chuckled and asked her to dance.

Elizabeth sat down. She looked at him.

he pushed her chair in for her as she sat down and sat beside her. he looked at Kali and James on the dance floor. then looked at Emma "what do you think of my sister?" he asked her. "do you think her a good match for James?" he asked her

Kali smiled and curtsy "please" she says looking into his eyes "do you think your mom approves of me?"

Emma looked at brandon. She gave a faint smile and nodded.
"anyone who can get james out of that businessman shell of his is fine with me. plus, her being a real sweetheart helped."
She chuckled a bit.

Elizabeth looked at brandon.

James nodded.
"I guarantee it."

"i hope so" she says biting her lip and looks down. she wanted his mothers approval.

Brandon laughed "he has been at ease since meeting Kali" he says "he is a good person for her, he is gentle and that is something that my sister needs" he says and looked at Liz and kissed her hand.

james nodded, trying to be reassuring.

emma nodded.

Elizabeth gave a faint smile.

The song stop playing and she smiles at James and kisses his lips. "i love you" she says and she hugs him and sighs.

Brandon nodded "do you want to dance Liz?" he asked her. He didn't want her to be bored. it does give him an excuse to hold her close to him.

Elizabeth placed her hand in his in answer.

Brandon looks to Emma "excuse us" he says as he walks Elizabeth to the dance floor. "how are you doing?" he asked her as he placed his hands and began dancing with her leading her around the floor.

kali takes his arm and walks back to the table to his mother. "James why dont you ask your mother to dance" she says to him.

Elizabeth spoke quietly.

James blinked.
Emma chuckled a bit.

"you dont sound to sure about that liz" he says "anything i can do to help?" he was concerned.

Kali smiled "well go on, take her dancing" she says and ate a shrimp. "i wont leave my seat" she winked at him.

"you don't have to do anything."

James sighed. He held out his hand to his mother.
Emma declined.

Kali looked at EMma and James "awe come on, go dance" she says "how many opportunities do you get like this Emma, dance with your son. He's a really good one" she smiled "please?" she says nicely.

Brandon smiled at her and nodded "if you say so darling" he says. "but is there something bothering you?" he asked "i would like to know"

"That goblin is still staring at me."
Elizabeth whispered.

Emma declined.
"I was the one he danced with his first cotillion, and I have given him plenty of dance lessons over the years. There were plenty of opportunities."

James blinked.

she nodded and sat there a moment "but i never seen the two of you dance" she says. "pretty please will you dance with him" she says to Emma and gave her a smile "he should have a better dance partner then me, i tend to step on his toes a lot, it would save him from having to ice them so much" she looked down.

"then i think that goblin should lose his eyes" he says to her and he looked over at the goblin and glared at him as a warning.

emma suddenly started laughing.
"James never told you? He used to step on my feet when he was younger."

James groaned.
"mother!"

The goblin lowered his gaze to Elizabeths' body.
Elizabeth crossed her arms over herself.

SHe laughed a little "im sure he did" she said "my brother has been trying to teach me over the years but i dont think i can dance" she gave a small smile.

He smiled with a finger turned her head to look at him. He leans his head down and kisses her lips, he lets his tongue part her lips wanting permission to explore her mouth for a moment to deepen the kiss.
