kali wiped tears away from her cheeks. she noticed Elizabeth standing there in the room. she gave small frown and sighed. she was coming back around and she scooted herself to the edge of the bed.

James sighed. He did his best to explain. they had been talking and She thought he found her boring, he started, and ended with him reassuring her, and the very brief hug. Long story short, she had run off out of the blue, and he wondered what he did wrong, feeling bad.

Elizabeth frowned.
"It sounds like he was just trying to reassure her before she had her panic attack."

Brandon listened to him explain and looked at his sister "it was the hug" he told them.

kali didnt look at James and felt embarrassed about what had happened. she didnt know what to say.

James blinked. He frowned. 'I knew I did something wrong'he thought. He suddenly made to leave the room.

Elizabeth nodded. She blinked when she saw James leaving. She looked at Brandon.

Brandon looks at Elizabeth and then to James "hey dont leave" he said as he got up he walks over to him "thank you for helping her" he said. "you didnt know, dont be hard on yourself" he says glancing at his sisterthen opens the door and walks out waiting for James to follow him to talk to him more privately.

kali played with a part of her dress as her brother talked to James and she glanced at Elizabeth. she felt silly.

James blinked. He frowned and simply nodded. He stepped out of the room with brandon for a few minutes.

Elizabeth sat down near the bed.
"It's alright."
She managed a faint smile for kali.

"i am such a freak" she muttered and sighed. she looked at Elizabeth then the ndoor and sighed. "now he will kbow how much of a freak" she frowned. as she continued to play with the dress to help. with her nervous energy

Brandon closed the door to her room and looked to James "look she isnt use to be touched by someone that she doesnt know. it was what set it off" he says "her upbringing hasnt been the best" brandon said sadly. "so dont beat yourself up about what happened, you didnt know" he said "but thank you for helping and being there when i wasnt" he told him.

He finally raised his lowered head.
"Mother raised a gentlemen not a monster."

Elizabeth shook her head no.
"no you're not. You are unique. You are you. Don't beat yourself up over this. I doubt that guy is judging you."

Brandon looked at James "im sorry for shoving you away from her side" he said. "i wasnt doing my job like i was suppose to be" he said. "we have many siblings but i'm closest to her" he said "you can go back in if you want" he told him.

she let out a half laugh "right" she says. "im not so sure about that" said to her. she bit her lower lip. she sighed

"Ask him yourself then. You'll see."

James nodded.
"Let's both head inside. I'm sure kali isn't the only one waiting for us."
He went back into the room.

she shook hsr head "i cant" she said "i cant even look at him. im so. embarrassed" she finished as she heard the door open

Brandon nodded and walked back into the room with James. he looked at kali the Eliabeth. " sis how are you feeling?" he asked

Kali sighed not looking at him "better" she said "sorry for worrying you. you wont tell father will you?"she asked

Brandon walked over to her and knelt down to her level "never, he cant and wont hurt you if we are here. he wont know anything about this i swear" he says and kisses into hair. he looked at Elizabeth "lets go over and sit on the couch" he smiled at her and offereed his hand to Elizabeth. he wanted to give Kali some privacy with James to talk.

Elizabeth tried not to sigh. she looked up when the door opened and stood up. She nodded at Brandon, glancing at kali for a moment before she sat with brandon on the couch. She wanted to give them some privacy too.

James walked over to the bed. He took a breath and sat on the edge of the bed near kali.
"are you alright? I didn't know. I'm sorry."

Brandon looked at Elizabeth "see my dads an asshole too" he said to her. "guess we have more in common" he told her.

she couldnt look at him and nodded to his question. "you didnt know dont aplogize" she said quietly.

Elizabeth sighed. She nodded. She looked down at her lap. She frowned.

James wanted to hug her, but he held back. He had that look on his face.
"I don't judge you. I have a cousin who gets dizzy just from seeing jello on a plate. I have an aunt who has fainting spells. Me? -clears throat- I have....claustrophobia."

he took her hand and brought up to kiss it. " so what is it you want Elizabeth? what do you want out of life?" he asked her

kali continued to look down "what is jello?" she asked "why are you telling me this?" she asked him.

"A life. A family that actually loves me."

"Gelatin dessert."
James explained.

"what happens of you dont go home right away?" he asked her. "you dont have an escort to make sure your not home right away. could you stay longer?" he was curious.

kali gave a small smile "i was kidding about jello i do know what it was" she said to him. "im sorry for freaking out James" she says

"I'm supposed to stay for as long as it takes. That means i'll be here the entire duration."
Elizabeth sighed.
"They have my brother so I doubt they'd be worried."

James blinked. He felt sheepish. Anyway, he nodded.
"I'm the one who should be sorry."

she shook her head "no you shouldnt" she says "it was all me. i thought i had better control over it. i was wrong" she says.
