So if/when I get approved, do you guys have any ideas as to where would be a good place to start?

Considering your char has sci-fi/futuristic armor base, I'd say he can start in Angar-Rylla, Alt-Earth or Mystique, unless you're giving him a ship or has discovered the Nexus and started travelling.

Erde is 12 feet tall currently, a story is 10 feet.

His size, however, is variable.

Ah. Then yeah, feel free to leave Ysolda behind. She'll catch up.

But perhaps in the future, mentioning Erde's size should be incorporated somewhere into a post. I was under the assumption that Erde was currently like... 50 feet tall.

Posts where Erde becomes larger or smaller than his average size are full of flair and overly dramatic sequences, and are impossible to miss. You're probably going to see one soon enough in the Rp once Green posts.

Sorry if it seemed confusing but I didn't mention his size because I thought I made it understood that his standing height was 12 feet average in his character sheet.

Not a big deal. Just a miscommunication.

Though Erde is certainly going to be gaining some body mass soon enough, quite a large amount of it.

Khan, Im not really sure what's going on in your post in Angar Rylla. Did you just catch up to LeeRoy, cut him in two AND ignore the C4 explosion all in one fell swoop? Cause I mean, there was no attempting to pass there. LeeRoy had already gone by.

I ran toward him and intercepted him halfway, as it says in the post.

He is running toward me, there is no catching up needed.

He also activated the C4, (with ambiguous radius of effect) at the entrance.

I got the impression they went for the cliche samurai charge at eachother, except LeeRoy unfortunately forgot his sword, with predictable effects.

In short Khazna side stepped him and cut him in the back.

Quirky.

He brought his hands to a sword fight.

No no, he was already past you. That was an action that had already been completed though. Also, there was a giant c4 explosion.

If he expected my PC to stand there after some lengthy dialogue and wait for him to pass he has another thing coming.

In the form of 36 inches of pointy. In any case it's what we might call an interrupt.

Remember, he's at least 12 feet from Khazna who's right next to the entrance thus effectively at least that far to run before reaching it.

If you're unfamiliar with interrupts you should look it up TheBiddz, even lengthy dialogue as Khan puts it can be problematic.

I usually have my characters get bored half-way through their tirade and kick them in the face, I've done it once or twice already,

Partly why dialogue during combat is a true rarity. Most people try to do all of it before the fighting starts.

I don't intend to start an argument. You're impossible to debate with so I'm just laying down all the complaints right here and now. And whatever else you have to say, go ahead.

Once I get a justification for this I'll post and we'll keep rolling along.

But.

LeeRoy ran past you, into the hallway. Not towards you, you moved to the right. Out of the way, he did not run towards you.

But even ignoring the fact that LeeRoy can bridge a 12 foot gap 3x over in 1 second in his suit.

You're just cleaving his head off his shoulders, immediately? Is that what's going on here? I can roll with this if that's what you want, but you're gonna have a bitch fit when you see what happens after LeeRoy 'dies.'

And Melon, even if LeeRoy had a sword, it wouldn't matter.

After reading through this guy's CS, he has WAY too many High Tier abilities and equipment to be considered a 'low intermediate.' And for that matter he's not even an intermediate.

Cut through one of the most durable materials on earth like butter.
Run at thrice the speed of sound.
An incredibly vague skillset in martial arts and weapons training.
Can use five weapons at once, somehow.
Two invincible blades, which again can cut through tungsten like butter.
An incredibly vague power called: "Tactical Mastery"
The ability to literally delete things from existence.
The ability to see through walls.
Able to achieve full 360 degrees vision.

What makes this guy a 'low intermediate'?

For that matter, what even makes him an intermediate?

You're faster than every high tier character, you can cut through every character at your tier and above like butter. And you have a seemingly infinite depth of knowledge of where everything is going to go.

So I repeat.

What makes you intermediate?

Assuming it hits, Khan was right in doing what he did.

In combat, you won't find anyone whose going to sit there and let you do what you want and react after the fact.

Khan ran when LeeRoy did, and by the looks of it reached him before he reached the door using Whatsherfaces speed to do it. LeeRoy now has to stop his actions(since he wouldn't make it to the door without first avoiding a blade to the back, or being sliced in two), hence the interrupt.

He stopped the actions from happening, by stopping LeeRoy from reaching the door.

As an example, if you say you threw ten jabs at opponent B, and he stopped you at 4, you don't continue to send them. 6 out of those 10 are now null and void.

But boasting about your power and ridiculing your opponent in the middle of a fight is fun.

I mean, clearly all great warriors appreciate a little shit-talking, right?

Most people love a little shit talking.

Khan never posted any absolutes, that's not allowed in these circumstances, it's just an action he's attempting to take, and he probably doubts it will get to that point anyhow because its a follow on from a post which you'll be unlikely to take exactly as he writes it.

Running at thrice the speed of sound is nice and all, but hardly combat applicable. Khan hasn't really described his character as super-human in constitution, if he hit anything at that speed he would die.

Or his arms would be horribly broken from the impact.

That's mainly why his character fits into a lower tier, he's a fragile speedster.
