Uh no, that's never how Arena has worked.

At most you can 'suggest' what sort of damage your intended attack will have. You really need to check the T1 rules.

You can turn around I am not saying that but you totally ignored and blew off my attacks, You turned around before the attacks hit you. Then you lift the leg I am striking for, thus negating the post, while on one leg, switching hands so the flaming sword manages to swing in an arc that you hope will hit me.

Read T1, it clearly states that the attacker cannot say how much damage they have done to their opponent, at best they can described what they expect to happen.

Imp I did suggest the damage I had hoped would happen based on hitting you from behind.

Coming up out of the roll a scant 24 inches from where he was originally, the ice covered blade plunged deep into the back of the girl’s left leg, just above the knee with such force that it might puncture through just above the kneecap in a spray of blood and flesh.

The second blade, rising to shank the girl in the lower back, just above her pelvis on the left side, most likely puncturing the left kidney, some parts of the jejunum, and ileum as well, all the while the elf was cackling insanely.

I didn't blow off your attacks, I just thought you'd want to describe the damage in your post, but if you leave it up to me then I will do so.

As she was swinging down he was rolling all the way around, which I'd say is about the same amount of time required. Then as he's attacking she's starting to spin (which now wouldn't make quite as much sense with the info of him being behind her rather then to her left side, so she'd clearly have better options, but whatever).

But for future reference, you can't dodge if it negates someone's post? Then how are people allowed to dodge, if the point of a dodge is to negate an attack? Again, I'm just genuinely confused. It's not like she is dodging in that post anyways, I just need to know.

Of course you can dodge I just dodged your attack and counter attacked you. You are dodging an attack that you don't see coming, that is the issue.

Exactly. If you accept the hit you can describe it because the attacker has described what they hope will happen, but you can dictate how much of that is true..unless it is an obvious death blow that cannot be countered.

Pretty much, she reacted instantly by changing the momentum of her charge at the last moment by spinning around on one leg. (Something I'm not sure why she did not use the power of her flight for.)

Because you never mentioned the attack doing anything to you in your post, it was assumed you avoided it or was trying to.

What I do think should become an issue here (provided I'm right in thinking Evvie has relatively large wings.) is that her wings swinging around would probably work towards defending against the stabbing attack to her upper body.

That's pretty much the only way I see Evvie surviving more than ten seconds after that knife punctures her vital organs.

She didn't react instantly, but she does have heightened reactions. She has time to react as he's rolling, and that reaction time wouldn't matter much because she'd be stuck with her downwards swing in the time of her reaction anyways, and once she see's him roll out of sight then her sword would probably be done with it's swing and she could start her next swing. Although this is only if I keep her doing this move when I edit the post. I guess she'd still do it rather then just try to leap away or swing her tail around wildly at him. She would unlikely lift her left foot up if she can't see him behind her, although if she tries to spin to her left then she's probably use her right foot instead to lift up and spin her around. I did the spin move in person and that's the most comfortable way.
