Cade peeked at the time again while waving off the chatty scientists, the invisible numbers reading out 6:45. "Alright my little ducklings, I hope you're hungry because that is our last destination." He chimed practically dragging the group of Guardians down the hallway with him. "Normally dinner will start between 6 and 6:30, however a little extra effort was put into tonight's meal." Parading the group along he retraced his steps and marched past the room where they had heard the boss lady speak and down the hall a few more feet until a set of metal double doors blocked their path. "Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you your welcoming party." He pushed the door open to reveal a cafeteria decorated as nicely as a cafeteria could get. Along the walls were buffet tables stacked with all different kinds of food and at the tables designated for eating were plates and drink choices for the Guardians. An entire wall of glass showed the skyline, a mass of dark shapes lighting up as the sun began to sink below the horizon. Silvia stood awkwardly in an open space off to the side, eyes flicking back to the piles of food. Cade chuckled under his breath and turned to the group with a sincere smile. "As Angels, Silvia and I wanted to thank you for giving us an opportunity to show what this project can really be capable of. I know we got off to a rough start, us maybe not living up to your expectations, but it is my hope that this will make up for our patchy beginnings?" Behind Cade's back, Silvia bowed her head in greeting. "All this is for you, help yourself to whatever and how ever much you'd like." The iciness she had exhibited earlier had completely faded leaving no trace of having ever reacted negatively. "Your group assignments will be revealed at 9 followed by free time in the lounge until 11:30. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask."
