Kerian dodges the knife throw and rolls up to her springing up when he gets close and pushes her" like I said balance is key" he tells her as she falls down

Ivy blushes looking down. “I was about to say ‘date’. You can’t tell anyone, especially Winter and medieval dude.”

Winter falls but kicks her legs out to kick his legs out from under him, and jumps to her feet, using the momentum to knee him in the crotch, then to hammer fist his neck when he bends over. When he falls she grabs the nearby dagger, and takes his back, holding it to his throat.

Jacob nods" I mean it does sorta seem like one"

Kerian winces and smiles when she holds the dagger to his throat " good job good job" he suddenly grabs the hand holding the dagger and twists it disarming her and catches the dagger while it falls then puts it to her throat reversing the positions " but you cant assume the enemy will just give up"

Winter smirks. “Neither can you.” She slams her elbow into his ribs until he lets go of the dagger, catching it in her mouth. She rolls back over him and take s the top mount. She gets him in an Americana with all of her slight weight on top of him, the blade, still in her mouth, presses into his throat. One knee pins his other arm and the other is out straight.

Kerian laughs " alright you win" he says smiling

Winter climbs off of him, and spits the dagger out into her hand, wiping her mouth on her sleeve, and using her shirt to wipe his dagger. “Sorry. When I told you I wouldn’t go easy, I have to admit, I didn’t know you’d be so smiley when I won,” she glanced up at him with a small smile.

Ivy squeals when she sees Winter on top of Kerian. “I’m tempted to tell them to get a room,” she admits.

Kerian laughs" well I'm used to losing fights it doesn't really affect me just gives me a chance to become a better hunter"

Winter raises her eyebrows, genuinely shocked. “Your used to losing? Well that’s new. A male who admits he’s not the best,” she folds her arms and leans against the building, holding the dagger out. “Here.”

Ivy sighs and leans her head on Jacob’s chest. “I don’t know of very many guys that actually care for this kind of thing.”

Kerian grabs the dagger" well in the wild hunt we fight a lot and I'm smaller than most of them so I lose a lot "

Winter furrows her brow. “Can’t you use your size to your advantage? I’m smaller than you. Wait what are your ambitions? Why do you fight?”

Jacob breaks the kids for some air

Ivy hangs off of his neck and lets go, dropping.

Winter’s blue gaze is piercing. “That must be it then. We both fight for others, but I’m fighting for a cause I actually believe in.” Her words are somehow frank yet gentle. “I would ask why you feel like you always have to smile if I wasn’t short on time,” she glances at the darkening sky.

Kerian drops the smile" I believe in the hunt " he says quickly looking around his eyes a little scared " and I smile because I find things you humans do funny " he says and walks back into the house

Jacob smiles " and that concludes our tour"

Winter frowns. “Right. And I’m a roasted chicken.” She shrugs. “You’ll tell me if you want to. Do you have the spare-?” She tries to call after him then sighs. “Fine never mind. I’ll figure something out.”

Ivy smiles at him. “It’s lovely.”

A dagger suddenly stand into the ground in front of winters feet " there you go" kerian says as he walks into the house

Winter frowns and picks up the dagger. “Thank you!” She calls after him. “So I read you like an open book. You don’t have to be such a jerk about it,” she mutters under her breath. She waits a bit then goes in the back side.

Kerian lays on his leaf covered floor shaking his head " I believe in the hunt " he mutters to himself over and over

Jacob smiles and gives ivy a quick peck on the lips before walking to the master bedroom to unpack his things

Ivy smiles and then pauses. “Well shoot. I haven’t picked out a room yet.”

Winter goes into the kitchen, and packs a bag of travel food, then she changes into darker clothes, and she’s out the door.
