@Sharidi37495 demigods wouldn't be allowed in the 18th nome unless they came with a magician and in my characters case he didn't say they were removed just associates and the two mythologies have been kept separate (except for the son of sobek mini series )in the universe till currently in the rp so she would have to either start near by in Russia or at camp half blood as it is highly unlikely her grandmother would be a magician if she is a demigod also you said on your characters bio they start near camp half blood

Neither a demigod nor a magician cannot sense the presence of other demigods or magicians, nor can they tell if a magician is a host. Set and Sobek were able to sense each other, that's all. They communicated that to their hosts.
Additionally, the 18^th nome was a rogue magician's base until the Kanes destroyed Apophis. Regardless, most magicians except for those at the 21^st nome discourage and distrust magicians who follow the Path of a God (ex Leonid or Felix), let alone those who Host gods (ex Aster or Walt).

You're welcome I would recommend being in a trip to Russia maybe a school field trip and being near the 18th nome and seeing us when we walk out and since we look hella weird deciding to tail us that would be a good way to quickly integrate your character into the quest in a cannon way. :)

You don't technically need just home steel as Alex fierros weapon is a pottery cutter that Loki did a certain spell on to make it a garrote wire and I'm pretty sure celestial bronze serves the same purpose as bone steel
