Khalida sighs a little, and her hands start to fidget slightly as the jet begins its descent.

Sorcha frowns and keeps hugging Jason.

Asa tilts her head. “You wouldn’t survive very well with my herd, would you?”

Levi straightens his tie

Jason reluctantly detaches himself from sorcha

Vic shakes his head " probably not "

Khalida glances over at Levi and nods in approval. “You look nice.” She watches the clouds pass as a private island comes into view.

Sorcha watches Jason warily. “You’ll be alright? We don’t have to stop hugging until we make landfall,” she offers.

Asa nods. “And I doubt I’d last very long here. Well, what’s your livelihood?”

Jason nods and hugs her again tightly

Vic frowns " livelihood? "

Khalida nods. “Your welcome.”

Sorcha gasps softly in surprise, then she hugs him back and she pats his back.

“How you live..? How do people of our life stage survive?” Asa tilts her head quizzically.

Levi looks out the window

The pilot lands and Khalida is the first one out. She stands with the pilot outside of the plane.

Sorcha smiles faintly as she hugs him tightly. She waits for him to let her go.

Asa hums in thought. “A house? Made out of what? How long did it take for you to build yours?”

Levi walks out after khalida

Jason stands up color returning to his face " if you dont mind please don't mention this to anyone " he asks blushing a bit

Vic smiles " I don't know someone else built it and c'mon we need to go " he says and walks out of the plane

Khalida nods when Levi comes out.

Sorcha nods. “Okay. Let’s go.” She leads him out.

Asa smiles and jumps on his back as he leaves.

Levi nods in return

Jason smiles softly as he follows sorcha

Vic chuckles and carries asa

Khalida mentally counts all of them with a business-like face.

Sorcha salutes Khalida when she gets off, and Khalida nods in return.

Asa whoops and throws her arms up, making Khalida crack a smile before regaining her composure.

“Alright, that’s everyone. Levi, your in charge until I come back, I’ll meet you there as I have some things to take care of. Everyone good? Alright, Sorcha, your with me.”

Sorcha nods and takes her spot by Khalida.

Levi nods " alright " he leads Jason, Vic and, asa to a taxi then tells the driver to take them to the event

Khalida watches them leave and leads Sorcha to a nearby hotel. Sorcha stands by as Khalida gets ready.

Asa hugs Vic by the waist and rests her head on his shoulder.

Vic smiles and kisses asa softly

Levi thinks then pays the cab driver once they arrive at the event

Asa smiles and kisses him back. She gets out of the cab and waits with Jason and Vic for the event to start.

The event begins with an orchestral intro and a woman that looks like a carbon copy of Khalida but taller and with longer hair enters, with Khalida coming in behind her in a dark blue, asymmetrical dress with a long sleeve and a high waist held up with a thin pearl and diamond belt that matches the diamond and pearl flower pins around her bun.

Sorcha returns to the rest of the group with a small smile.

Levi looks khalida up and down

Vic is too busy looking at asa and smiling

Jason flashed a quick smile to sorcha

A thin young man with black hair and golden eyes is also in the crowd but he is the only one not dressed nicely . His hands witch have just been washed are still a bit stained from dirt and he's wearing a white t shirt with faded and ripped blue jeans his feet are also bare

Khalida smiles at the room and curtsies before going to the group, but her mother leads her past them to the barefoot boy. Ms. Li sniffs slightly in disdain. "You are Mr. Tarwin's son, correct? Nic, this is my daughter, Khalida." Khalida smiles and curtsies a little. "How do you do?"

Asa looks behind her and smiles when she realizes that he's smiling at her.

Sorcha dips her head a little at Jason with a smile.

Levi sees khalida and the boy and the corners of his mouth turn down in such a miniscule fashion no one would even notice

Vic holds out his arm" care to dance? " he asks asa

Jason walks over and gently takes sorchas hand

Nic smiles and after looking like he was listening to someone focuses back on khalida " nice to meet you Khalida and yes Mrs. Li I am Mr. Tarwins son . " he says then looks at khalida again. " my name's Nicolas but you can call me nic nice to meet you sorry for my attire I was busy doing charity work and didn't feel like changing " he says with a slight smile. " and may I say you look stunning " he says to khalida.

Khalida smiles. "Why thank you. May I ask what charity work you were doing?"

Asa smiles and takes his arm. "I'd love to."

Sorcha blinks and looks away from watching Khalida's guy friend like a hawk and she looks up at him. "May I help you?"
