Short story shorter: I fucked up my own rules when I of all people should've been following them. This roleplay just stumbled something nasty thanks to me, but tomorrow (getting late now) I'm going to post and PM any inactive users and then pray I learned a lesson and don't skip a beat again here. We'll see how it goes, I still have high hopes.

Yeeeaah... First half of my post was good, second half not so much; I just wanted to get something significant done as soon as possible even if it's a sloppy job. Like I said earlier, very fast progress + Lots of mistakes isn't what I want to be the norm, although that's mostly what I just did. Anyway, here goes round 1.5.

I think I'll need to revise that rule a little. The main idea was that, if two or more players were interacting and one went inactive, the other wouldn't be dragged down by them, because they don't have to wait for the response to continue interacting with that player's species while they aren't around to reciprocate. As for now, considering the minor reboot (hopefully this'll be a one-off for a good while,) feel free to go straight ahead and post now or soon. We'll see who stayed as well as you three.

At this stage activity takes priority over strategy, although to be honest, in all likelihood this roleplay's drawing its dying breaths now. If you still want to keep trying, I'd recommend you just do whatever opens the most opportunities for other and returning players to find a niche.
