Hello all, I used to frequent these forums very often when I was younger, I ceased to use the site once I met my IRL DnD group, which subsequently lead me onto modern d20. I recently felt the burning urge to RP via play by post once again, after discovering the Naruto D20 handbook, and upon writing out a carefully woven plot to fit around the events of the Third Great Ninja War, I realised that I do not know anyone in person who is invested enough in the series, nor the game system to commit to such an endeavour. So I decided to brin it here, in PBPRP form.
To summarise the basic plot, the player characters will be young Shinobi; preferably Genin, still in the academy. (Though I could be persuaded to allow you to be Chunin. But no higher. Where's the fun in that? ;) ) The player characters shall all be members of a team during the events of the war. Their leader. It essentially amounts to a team based arena RP, with speckles of horror thrown in. (Being a kid in a world war can't be pleasant, no matter how badass you are.)
I hope this garners some interest. Ideally, due to the nature of the average team in the Naruto-verse, I would be looking for three very committed players whom will write at a high casual level. However, if enough people were interested I would be more than happy to accommodate 6-8.
