@TGM Kenshi's character got crit for lethal damage, then Kenshi abruptly dropped from any and all contact with anyone. We now know why, but at the time we needed to resolve combat. So, we moved forward with the intent of treating the character as an NPC.
It was ultimately my decision to kill his character as an NPC, instead of keeping him around. Dark didn't know I had planned to do that, but Kenshi wasn't around to object, and you were given the invite by (as I understand it) Cu before Ironheart was even dead, or before I think Dark was even certain Kenshi wouldn't come back.
That said, Kenshi was a problem child who took offence at the drop of a hat, regularly caused problems, and saw the adventure as a videogame and treated it as such. Dark and I had been in another game with him where he threw a tantrum like a petulant child after I confronted his character over something I told him OOC I was going to confront his character about, and instead of accepting the GM siding with me on the matter, dropped the game.
Kenshi deserved what he got, and I'm more than willing to say it.
