The Viper Kingdom is home to many Vipers, and is not an ally of the other Snake Kingdoms. One of those other Snake Kingdoms has a variety of Snakes living together, in harmony, and strategy; Ruled by an Anaconda, and his family.
It's the usual first Kingdom of Snakes, prepared to fight against other Reptant civilizations, or Mammal. Are fought by the Avians, that are fighting a Raptor breed. Eat or be eaten, dying is honorable, but death is not a consumption. That Anaconda, by happenstance of might since the last Anaconda King, has Rattlesnake Stonemakers, and Boa|Python Stone Architects. No outside breed, only recognized Snake species - so no "serpent" like an Eel, Fish, Lizard, or like a Worm can enter. No Diplomats are needed because there's a Nobility of the Snakes that have achieved such successes, if they wanted to, as the other Snakes don't want to venture into politics with the Ruler, preferring to be abled with their natural might where they are - like tending to the Prince -or the other one- the Princess Sanctuary where all the baby Snakeling Girls and Boys are nursed, and schooled. Their Father and Mothers, together, specifically raise them to the AGE of 4, which is like 2 years, or until the Snakeling(s) show genial prosperity of attunement worthy of being made a Prince or Princess, if not they'll be made Hunters, which is AGE 5 and after, where then one of the Mates aspires to be a Noble, and helps with the monarchy of the Kingdom itself. But not the Army, that's what the Princes|Princesses and the Hunter|Huntresses snake; Keeping it Knightly|Knightessly and ordered Ranger|essly.
The Rattlesnakes and Constrictor Snakes were at war, as opposing factions of virtue, not then nobility, that had survived against the world's other animal species, like the Dolphin, or Ape. Just like Asps, or Mambas, Vipers, or Cobras, and any other Snake breed that also were against like Bugs, or Owls, or Armadillos, or Lemurs, and the other such. It's an entire world of animals, fending off other animals, or fighting to overlord other species, or ultimately are undsiputed and so created a nobilitation about themselves, that could be spread as rumors by travelling animals, and could ultimately also be hunting them to ascertain death.
Whatever's going on, the idea is that 1 Snake Kingdom rallied together, and became a force to be reckoned as absolute Warriors, just like the other animal types of Kingdoms. These Kingdoms vs Empires. Empires are where a diverse group of animals live together, and kill each other to ustain their might, to not be outridden from the Kingdoms. That hunt always. That's how animal kingdoms work. Until the sole surviving animal breed on the Earth, then create like farming for food, and so forth, because nature is abundance anyways during these life circumstances.
Those Empires have tutelage, and that hinders the Adolescant Animals from the Teen-Age Animals, that have already proven their might for their availability within their Empires, so the Adolescants are proving a Republic effort as they learn to create their prides into a destiny, unknown if they should eat a Kitten, or ally with them to make a grander adventure for power. And that power is Democracy. To have politics where there are none, to have the idea of their Republics, dominate the areas provincialityly, and call it an Empire only to like-minded other Empires, and rule the world like that, ambiguously instead of monogamously like Kingdoms.
