Kiki looks up from her crouched position and grins innocently. “Guess you’ll just have to find out, won’t you?” Straightening, she dries her hands on a towel. “So, why a bath?” She asks, walking up to where he leans against the doorframe and looking up at his face. She knows he had mentioned it earlier, but she hadn’T expected him to actually do it.

Avery snorted, his smile shifting into a smirk as he shook his head. He watched her walk up to him, looking down at her slightly when she neared. Avery never minded smaller women, bigger women, tall, or short. As long as they had a gorgeous personality and he wanted a relationship and they wanted one, he was happy. With Kiki, he was glad she was a little taller. He liked her height, even if he was still taller.
"It will compliment the massage well, and help relax those tight muscles more," Avery explained. "And you'll have some time for yourself. I won't leave, I'll just rest on the bed while you relax."
Kiki’s raises her brows slightly - she hadn’t considered that when he mentioned it earlier, but it made complete sense now. She stood on her toes just a little, placing both hands on Avery’s chest so she could peck his lips. “Thank you.” A blush emphasizes her gratitude. “If you have something you want to do, you don’t have to wait in my room for me - I don’t want you to get bored.”
Kiki regards Avery from her position, unable to help but think of how far the two of them have come since their first meeting. She had thought he was the most arrogant jackass she’d ever met - no way would she have pictured him as this gentle giant.

Avery smiled, kissing Kimiko back even if it was brief.
"Nah, I'll be okay. I grabbed a book from my room, so I can read. Besides, I want to give you your space, just not too much," he said and brushed her cheek with his thumb.
“You can read?” Kiki can’t help but tease even as Avery’s gently touching her. She sheepishly grins before gently pushing him out of the door frame. “I’ll leave the door cracked, but don’t get any ideas, perv.” She says with a wink.

Avery rolled his eyes. "And I can count to one hundred too," he said and stuck his tongue out at her.
He dropped his arms while Kimiko pushed him from the bathroom. He grinned at her comment but quickly shifted his features to look offended as he gasped.
"I would never compromise my honour or your virtue, my lady," Avery said, slipping into a Estuary British accent easily.
Ignoring the fact that Avery could slip into a British accent and she can’t sound American to save her life, Kiki grins at him. “As a less-than-wise man recently said, ‘If I can't obviously check out my girlfriend, then what is the point?’” She uses a southern drawl to her typical ‘Avery’ gruff voice. It’s hard for her not to laugh at the combination. At least southern-American accents were a little easier to mimic.

Avery laughed, shaking his head. "Go on, have your bath. I'll just be out here, not thinking about you in there," Avery said and winked before he walked away and retrieved his book from his new drawer in her dresser.

Kiki wakes up the next morning feeling very warm, which confuses her since she had fallen asleep in a tank and shorts. When she opens her eyes, she’s greet by a bare chest and the ever-encompassing smell of Avery. She smiles to herself - they had cuddled and talked about nonsensical things after she had gotten out of the bath until they fell asleep.
Not really wanting to leave his arms, even if it did feel like she’s living within a furnace, Kiki wraps her arms around him and nuzzles into his chest with a happy sigh. The two of them had made great stride in their relationship yesterday and she wants to bask in that.
Nero

Nero wakes up lazily, not even really remembering falling asleep the night before, which is becoming a habit. At their feet lay some of the empty dishes from their dessert haul last night. They seemed to be in mostly the same spot they last remembered, with Caden sitting half up against the headboard and Nero nuzzled back against him.
“Das kann nicht sehr angenehm gewesen sein.” Nero mumbles, twisting so their stomach was leaning against Caden, wanting to be able to look at him. They reach up and smooth his brow line - not that it’s furrowed or anything, but just because they want to see his expressive eyebrows come to life.
That can’t have been comfortable
Nicholas “Nic” Wu

Nic thanks the employee at the boba shop and walks out with a couple of drink options for Cass as he texts her.
Good morning, beautiful. Are you ready to be picked up or do you need more beauty sleep?
Depending on her answer, Nic would cook breakfast and bring her a hot plate of the bacon, eggs, and toast she ordered or he would mill about the apartment and surrounding area more. He’s glad there’s drink options close to him though, it’ll be convenient for his gremlin. Nic debates calling her as he walks into his apartment building, but decides against it. He doesn’t want to incur her wrath.

Avery hadn’t realized how not well he was sleeping before spending the last two nights with Kimiko. Normally, Avery was an early riser but he found himself sleeping deeply and sleeping in. Granted, instead of waking at four or five in the morning he was sleeping in until seven or eight.
Avery was still sound asleep, his arms wrapped around Kimiko until he felt pressure in his chest. He started to come to and realized the pressure was just Kimiko. He could feel her in his arms still and he held her closer.
”Mmmm, go back to sleep,” he grumbled.
Caden

Caden barely slept during the night, so when he heard Nero talk and felt their fingers on his face, he spoke.
”It wasn’t,” he said. He wiggled his eyebrows under Nero’s touch before he opened his eyes and shifted his head. He rotated his neck, feeling it stretch and release. He sighed and smiled sleepily at Nero.
”How did you sleep at least?”

Cassiopeia woke up the next morning with a smile on her face. She wiggled under the covers of her bed, basking in the remaining warmth for sleep before she sat up and stretched. She had just seen Nic less than 12 hours ago, but she was looking forward to seeing him again. She felt like a teenager in their first relationship with how giddy she was.
Cass threw the covers back and bounced out of bed to look through her closet to find something to wear. She decided on a small green floral print dress and set it on a hook outside her closet before she grabbed brown boots to go with it. Then she went into the bathroom to finish getting ready for the day.
She was up early, so when Nic’s message came through, she was able to reply right away.
Madainn mhath. I’m awake, you can come get me whenever you’re ready <3
“I was just about to.” Kiki grumbles back, her voice muffled greatly by Avery’s skin. She pushes her knee between his and tangles her leg with his before closing her eyes. “Though, I do believe we’ll be in need of a personal air conditioner blowing directly onto the bed..”
Nero

Nero climbs off of Caden and stands on the bed. “I slept like a baby, but you need to lay down on your stomach.” They demand of Caden. “Please.” They quickly add with a sheepish grin. They glance at the clock to make sure there’s time before they nod decidedly - there’s enough time for a quick massage and maybe a cat nap for Caden.

Nic’s eyebrows raise high when he receives a text back already. Grinning, he leaves his apartment building that he had just entered as he looks up the phrase and types a response one-handed. Once seated in Caden’s SUV, he sends his message.
I’m sorry - who is this and what have you done with my adorable sleepyhead?
I’ll be there in 5 minutes ;)
He starts the SUV and heads towards his girlfriend’s house. He guesses he’ll just have to make breakfast when he comes back with Cass.

Avery shifted to accommodate Kimiko’s leg in between his. At least this way, he was closer to her.
He chuckled and shifted his head to kiss the top of her head. ”It wouldn’t be as bad if you slept naked as I did,” Avery teased her.

Caden raised his eyebrow at Nero’s demand and then chuckled when they followed up with, please. ”I like it when you take charge.” Caden kissed Nero’s cheek as he moved past them to stretch out on the bed. Caden pushed the tray to one side so he could lay diagonal across the bed.
Caden yawned as he stretched out. ”We have to leave the hotel by at least 10:45 to make it to the restaurant for 11.”
Cassi slipped a long gold chain with a raw citrine stone over her head and applied some ChapStick before she headed downstairs. Her phone buzzed again, and she laughed.
Not sure. Maybe I’m just excited to see my boyfriend ;)
Cassi went about feeding her cats and watering some of the plants before she decided to wait for Nic on her front step.

Kiki snorts and lifts her face enough to not be talking into his chest. “I’m in a tank top and booty shorts - I’m not sure any less clothing would actually have an affect… Besides, you’re not even naked technically.” She argues before burying her face again.
“Anyway, I thought we were going back to sleep…” She grumbles.
Nero

Nero grabs their phone from the nightstand and brings it over to Caden. “Can you show me how to set an alarm again? How much time will you need to get ready?” They set the phone by Caden’s face before attacking his shoulders and neck with their hands. “You could’ve moved me.”

Nic can’t help but feel giddy when he sees Cass’ message. He’s about to text back when the light turns green and he tosses it in the passenger seat. He’s only a couple of streets from her anyway. When he sees her on her front step, he grins, putting the car in park and getting out.
“Oh, it really was you texting me then.” Nic teases as he closes the distance between him and Cass.

Avery chuckled, tempted to lower his arms so he can confirm how short the shorts are she’s wearing.
”Supposed to, but I’m starting to wake up a bit more… I have to pick up Caden and Nero from the airport tonight. Do you want to come with?”

Caden shifted and scanned Nero’s phone for the clock and set an alarm for ten o’clock. He set the phone down and relaxed into the bed while Nero massaged their shoulders and neck.
”You were sleeping, and you looked comfortable,” Caden mumbled into the covers. He shifted his head, turning it to the side to talk to Nero better. ”And I fell asleep watching you sleep.”
“Are you inviting me along just so you can watch me punch Caden?” Kiki asks with a small laugh. To be honest, she doesn’t wan to leave the bed right now. She starts trailing her hand up and down Avery’s back and hums a lullaby to try and entice Avery back to sleep.

Nero can’t help but chuckle and shake their head at that. “I’m sure I was too adorable to move.” They lean over to kiss Caden’s neck as they try to find any knots in his muscles. “Would you like to take a nap?”
Nic laughs, placing a hand on the small of her back as he kisses her back and dips her a tiny bit. “Good morning to you too…?” Nic guesses hesitantly as he holds Cass close for the moment. It hadn’t been that long since he’d seen her, but replaying their moment in his old place and learning about what the plants could show her of his mom… It still was too long.

”That’ll just be a happy bonus,” Avery said, chuckling again. ”No, I thought I’d ask so you’re not here by yourself again. Maybe we could leave earlier, and I can take you for supper,” he said.
Avery’s voice shifted into a whisper as he felt Kimiko’s fingers trailing up and down his back in a soothing motion, her humming adding to the relaxing feeling. He found himself yawning and settling back into the bed.
”What are you trying to do?” he mumbled.
Caden

Caden’s skin tingled where Nero’s lips touched, and he sighed from the sensation of their touch and the knots they found. ”I don’t need to. I can always sleep on the plane.”
Cassi tightened her hold on Nic when she felt him dip her. Her spine tingled from the action and she felt briefly lightheaded from the instant sensation.
”Correct,” she said, slightly breathless. ”We should go. I’m sure your dad is probably starving, waiting for breakfast.”
It was getting harder and harder to resist Nic. At this point, she would take five minutes in the back of Caden’s SUV over a slow build-up one evening.
“Another date? I’m in.” Kiki says with a small laugh. She hadn’t even thought of having to be left alone at night without Avery. Supper with him seems like a much more favorable option.
When he yawns and asks what she’s doing, she giggles softly. “Cuddle more with you before your stomach wakes up.” She tells him honestly.
Nero

“Only if you’re sure.” Is Nero’s reply. Each knot they find, they feel a little more guilty about Caden not sleeping comfortably last night. “So, how fancy is this brunch place?”

Nic’s stomach growls in response before he kisses her once more and then leads her to the door to open it for her. “I didn’t expect you to be up already - I was going to make breakfast and then bring you a plate.” He chuckles, kissing her head before helping her inside.
“But I did buy for different fruit bobas for you to choose from.” He smiles lopsidedly at Cass before closing her door and getting in the driver’s seat.

Caden gives a note of pleasure while Nero continues to work. They aren’t necessarily the greatest, but it’s the attention Nero is giving Caden that is making the moment more enjoyable and pleasurable for him.
”Not like last night, but we should still dress well,” Caden informed them.
”Nonsense. I wanted to have breakfast with you and your dad in your new place,” Cassi said and hopped into the SUV to see the wide range of drink options Nic had gotten her.
Cassi clucked her tongue and looked over the colourful drinks. She gave Nic a look when he got into the driver’s seat.
”Nicholas, this is too much. You’re going to go broke if you keep doing this,” she declared. Cassi picked up and sampled each one. They were all so good, but in the end, she chose a matcha one.

“Oh no, you’ve caught me red-handed.” Kiki says in the most monotone deadpan she can muster. She tries to stifle her smile and giggles in Avery’s chest in order to keep the charade up.
Eventually she sighs. “I don’t think I can go back to sleep anymore.” She unburies her head to playfully glare at Avery.
Nero

Nero find a good spot on Caden’s neck that they found and thinks about what they could wear before nodding. “Okay, I think I’ve got something I can wear.” They chirp, feeling the knot disappear before they kiss his neck again.
“Is this helping at all?” They ask as they move to the next spot.
Nic flashes her a dimpled smile before picking up the orange creamsicle flavored one for himself. “I hardly ever spend my own money, let me spoil you.” He tells her as he turns on the vehicle and starts driving. “But actually, I found a boba place near the new place and couldn’t resist getting their popular flavors to try.”
Reaching over, he plays with the hem of Cass’ dress. “Your outfit is very cute today, by the way. Is that citrine on your necklace?” He rests his hand on her bare skin with a small smile to himself as he drives.

Avery loosened his hold on Kimiko so he could look at her. He chuckled sleepily and kissed her forehead before he released her completely and rolled onto his back to yawn and stretch.
”Don’t glare at me. I was sound asleep before you woke up,” he teased. He sat up and looked at her. ”Want to go for a run?”

Caden sighed when Nero released another knot. He reached his hand back and squeezed Nero's ankle. ”It is helping. Thank you, little imp.” He turned his head to face the other way to stretch his neck out more.
”I think I'm going to talk to Cassi this week,” he said after a moment. He had the bracelet to give her anyways, and it was time to approach this problem head-on.
”Mmm, well I think they are going to have two new regular customers,” Cassi declared, sipping happily at her boba tea.
The skimming of Nic's fingers tickled Cassi’s skin until he rested a hand on her leg. It warmed instantly and Cassi tried not to let it affect her. She fiddled with her necklace, while watching Nic.
”It is. Felt like I needed it today, and it goes well with my outfit. I'm glad you like it,” she said and wrapped her arm around his bicep, resting her hand on the crook of his elbow.
