AIF-Related Seeder Attacks
With the first wave of Seeder ships having only taken a dozen planets or so, and the rest falling back under the command of the Overmind.

And so they launched the second wave, and a couple thousand ships flooded through to a single AIF planet, ship after ship folding in, in every direction, cutting communications with their shockwave-communications, and gassing the planet in record time with dozens of ships firing dozens of Seeds to the planet. From there, they took a new approach: 2 Seeder Ships landed, and unloaded an ocean of mutated, grotesque alien lifeforms that had been adapted and forcefully mutated into servants, and flooded any major population center with them to try and make more mutants, and to try and find something to learn the locations of other planets.
Colonies 700+
The 'Colonies' labelled above the numbers '700' had systematically been invaded by 1 or 2 Seeder Ships, under heavy Mine Layer escort.

New Contact((Lance))
A single ship approached the new selection of Triarian ships, it seemed to be mostly silver, but in the distance a few ships could be seen that were completely black. The ship approaching the Triarians lacked any weapons, it did however have heavy shielding and armor. The ship stopped about a mile distance away from the Triarian's ship and sent a message.

"We are the Lance Empire and we welcome you as a new contact. We are human, however we are quite different from the humans you might know. We have Psionics, but we also lack magic, and we have a lot of genetic differences. We also work on a Caste System that is based on intelligence and service to the state, we also believe that everyone should work towards the good of all instead of themselves."

Seeder Threat
The citizens began destroyed anything they could get their hands on, and all the fuel depots on the planet exploded with extreme force, each one destroying an area the size of West Virginia. The troops stationed on the planet took up arms against everything that landed. Missiles were launched down onto the planet by the orbiting ships, destroying as much as they could. Desperate measures have been taken to build up defenses against the Seeders, with every shipyard producing as many ships as physically possible and clones being made to crew them. The training of tractatori has also been put into overdrive, now with a focus on combat applications of their powers. All Federation ships have prepared to jump to other planets that might be attacked, and the AIF has declared a state of war on the scale of planetary destruction.

Lance Empire Contact
"Thank you. We will contact Mars and have them send a diplomatic team. Hopefully we can scrape up a few people, most of them are out trying to improve relations with the Equiis Pact and keep them and the Makudan from destroying each other. Oh yes, you will like the new contact that just entered this system, your two nations share an extremely similar social structure."

New Contact
A Federation starship has come across a species traversing space is a huge ark, the leader of the species has said that they left their homeworld to escape another species with much greater physical strength. The new species shows many similarities to humanity, but there is significantly less racial diversity, as all of them have dark skin. Another strange trait is that their brains have much larger than the normal human's, giving them a strange resemblance to the "greys" of old human fiction. The AIF has offered to allow them membership and allow them to live on Federation planets, the idea is currently being debated.

Peace Talks
The inhabitants of Hépíng jiějué went about their daily duties, mainly the production of shield systems. While they were pacifists, they needed some way to defend themselves, and thus the incredibly thick planetary shield was constantly being added to. However, as holes in the shield appeared they stopped their work and stared up at it. The Equiis Pact and Makudan ships were arriving, being let through the shield by the orbital shield station. The three ships were brought in to land by the tractor beam emitters at the spaceport, and their crews were met by Dmitri Saveli, the Abh Empress, the Dolphin 'Leading One' (in a robotic avatar, of course), along with Fergus and Emily.
"Welcome to the planet of Hépíng jiějué." Began Emily "It is a great honor for this planet to house the negotiations between your two empires. I hope we can find a peaceful resolution to your conflict."
The Abh Empress then spoke. "It should be noted that acts of violence are prohibited on this planet, so please do not start fighting. It would result in a rather unpleasant situation."

Peace Talks
As they are warmly welcomed by the inhabitants of the planet, each of the group of representatives gave a nod to each other. They all stared towards the Equestrian representatives, one of them, the Supreme Admiral, giving off a stern expression, as if he'd wished the Equestrians would stop bothering with their business. The two civil sector representatives laid back, waiting for the interesting parts of the discussion to come by. The Aeternals were ready to take the first words of the talk, and so they did.
"Alright, all ears on my words." Deroe spoke up.
"First of all, we like to remind you that the Makudan has already have at least more than 4 million worlds in our control as of now, and that the Zoradean slaves the document mentioned used to have technology more advanced than ours before they were annexed under our territories. If you are indeed willing to take on such a large political and military entity, please consider. Second, we will not-- and will never, stop expanding the Domaenus, despite concerns regarding the welfare of civilizations involved, for the needs of the Kaiyouan civilization. Third, please consider yourself lucky to have been spared from the expansion. Provocation results in the dissolution of our mercy between you and us."

Peace Talks
A Equiis Pact Diplomat spoke up, who seemed rather aggressive in his tone.
"The Equestrian Empire alone posses almost 5 million worlds, and the Pact together posses 20 million, we are much larger then you. We have also already garnered reports on you, while you do have access to Drac Tech it seems sadly limited so we posses the technological advantage as well as the advantage of numbers. We have nothing against expansion, however we do have problems with slavery and slaughtering trillions of innocents in the process. Also if you dared try to "expand" on us I think you find your fleets you sent destroyed and a much larger one heading towards your planets."

"Still no explanation from the humans."
"It has been 1/8 of a cycle, I refuse to believe their system is so inadequate they could not have responded"
"And no response on our request"
"That is barely consequential. Regardless, we deserve the explanation behind them harbouring an Anti-Kyn"
"Affirmed. Advise. Withdraw and prepare the fleets. Get spectre to take over our Synth Infiltrators in AIF space."
"Affirmed, truth can not evade us"

Lance Empire contact

There is the noise of someone preparing to speak, then being interrupted by someone, whispered voices, the sound of someone saying "Affirmative, ending contact" can be heard, and then the ships turned slightly, and then in the blink of an eye there is a flash, and then they are gone

Quarantine around Hach space has been broken as the Triarian ships turn and jump away. All military deployments return to Collective space, except those in the far galaxies that are working on expansion

Peace Talks
Emily spoke, apparent having been chosen as the main negotiator for the Federation.
"These are Peace Talks, you know, where we try to resolve things peacefully? As in, not by yelling at each other about how superior you are? Look, the Federation does not find the actions of the Makudan in any way acceptable. However, we are simply taking this chance to stop a war for the sake of intergalactic safety and help thousands of innocent species. If we couldn't do either of those we would watch the fireworks and then turn your former colonies into monuments about how horrific war is! For the Makudan, we hope to make it possible for you to cease your unprovoked attacks on other species in the name of expansion and instead find a way for you to expand peacefully. As for the Equiis Pact, we're trying to prevent you from attacking the Makudan for the sake of having a minimal amount of deaths. So stay civil and stop threatening each other!"

In the background, Fergus and Dmitri exchanged a surprised look at each other when the other diplomats mentioned the size of their empires. They began to whisper to each other, beginning with a comment from Fergus.
"Did they just say 20 million?"
"Yeah, and we thought we were the smaller nation here."
"Should we tell them?"
"No, let them think they're top dog. If we have to fight them then we'll want to surprise them. If they don't suspect our huge fleets then they will not be ready for them."

Message to the Triarian Collective
A communication ship has arrived near a Triarian planet, the ship is covered in micrometeorite impacts and scanners show signs of drive system residue. It is clear that the vessel has had a long journey. The ship transmits a message to the Triarian planet, and it appears to be a constantly updating consciousness clone of Fergus McClain. Whatever the message, great care had been taken to send it.
"Greetings, first of all, you have permission to partake in peace talks. Second, I believe your nation wished to speak about a second-generation Draconian you found on an escaping vessel? Sorry for the wait, it's just that the existence of remaining Draconians in Federation space is highly confidential. I wish to begin this discussion by saying how sorry I am for the evils the Draconian Empire committed during the war, but this last Draconian isn't like the others. He was never exposed to the original Draconian culture by Federation personnel, and all interaction he ever had with other Draconians was closely monitored. He had no family to hide him away and teach him of the old ways, and we observed him every second of the day. He has never even been involved in violence aside from his escape from Draco and Colony 257, both times he didn't harm anyone himself."

Project Yuanon
Project Leader [REDACTED], Lab 21
"We have mapped the universe known as 'Fath' by the Abh. Every Yuanon in our universe that is an open gateway seems to correspond to one in Fath. We have begun to activate other Yuanon in our space, and each one seems to create a ring of others in surrounding systems. Fath also appears to be a compressed version of our own universe, and the speed of light seems to be much higher. Our warp drive should work there as well, thus allowing extremely fast travel between systems with an activated Yuanon in them (Named 'Sord Gulark' by the Abh). Being in another universe, this method of travel would be untraceable."

"Emily, we are giving only warnings for the sake of understanding each other more." Gvasty took his time to speak. "As for you, Equestrians, your number of 5 million does not change the fact that we have overcome a larger empire. And the matter that you are attacking one of our territories seems fabricated bullshit to make us fear things. If there was an attack, the Supreme Admiral here would have shouted it out. Now, now then. Let's now move on with the peace talks." He took a short deep breath, then continued. "Again, we are refusing to stop our rapid expansion despite your persuasion, but the numbers of 20 million surprises me. If you have some magic trick in your sleeve behind how your so-called 'Equiis Pact' is huge, tell us and we will come for that method. Otherwise, we will assume you do the same thing as us, and you are deemed as the most hypocritical entity we have ever encountered in the entire course of our history."

Scientific Report
A wormhole drive testing facility experienced an accident of interest with a new model of a wormhole generator. According to reports, a miscalculation within the engine caused the exit wormhole to directly overlap with the entry hole, sucked out the entire room, and coalesced into a perfectly round black sphere with the image of space across its surface. Workers who were within the sphere's range disappeared. The sphere lasted for only a minute, but left behind a strange, extremely-high energy particle even visible to the naked eye as emitting a bright shine comparable to a star's. Priorities for scientific studies are higher for the sphere, but the particle has also been kept for further research.

"We never said we were attacking your territory right now, we said we had merely observed your territory. While you did overcome a large empire it is to note that you do posses the advantage of magic, which we also have, and have a much, much more in depth knowledge of how it works and more spells for it. Also for expansion, ever considered just leaving the sentients alone, or asking them to join you? Its also pretty easy to terraform a few worlds, even easier if you posses magic which you do."

AIF message

"Draconians are anti-kyn, parem habui. They must all stand for trial for their crimes, their crimes that consumed a universe in war, in a fiery chasm of a thousand suns. Believe me when I say, if my species was religious, then a thousand hells would await them. The Draconian should stand for judgement for the crimes of his kind"

The Supreme Admiral took his turn to talk. "First of all, you seem to make very confusing statements. Last time, you said one of ours fleets were destroyed despite our skepticism for that statement. And now, you say you were just observing? I assume your race has poor short term memory, in which case, I'm surprised you were able to advance to the space age. Second, please cite instances in which you have shown to have a better understanding on magical studies than us." He finished, then gave way to a civil sector representative.
"Now back on topic. We'd like to consider incorporating that method into our expansion system. However, our political students will take a short insight first and then add additional revisions to keep expansion rates high. We will colonize only sentientless planets at the time of delay before taking the procedure into full effect."

"Sure, we rely on amplifiers as spells. But what if i told you, that i have a staff back there in my ship that can make this entire city be engulfed in plasma? Not that we want to, anyway, just giving an example. We do not lack magical knowledge, our bodies are only incapable of what you do. That magical knowledge is made to create the necessary tools to take over that disadvantage-- and perhaps, surpass your magical abilities." The Supreme Admiral said, his body able to do combat magic despite being a Kaiyouan male due to the artificial "psyche", or magical organs artificially implanted within him, as well as with most men in the armed forces
.
Note that without such modifications, a male cannot do magic as he is not born without a psyche organ, and only females do. The Makudan has already made to program reproductive cells to create psyche organs on a male being born, but that evolutionary generation is still few in number compared to the whole of the Kaiyouan populace.

"Now, while we wait for the paperwork to come, shall we continue to discuss such things?"

Scientific Report
Numerous runs were performed to recreate the process. An interesting observation found was that, tests that were similar in the size of the wormholes both resulted in spheres with the same appearance. It was also found that, all the spheres lead somewhere to unknown space, theorized to be external universes. If possible, this may be the ultimate solution to stop the problem of mass expansion genocides once and for all. One big problem that remains, however, is how can a ship fit through the dimensional portal. Because it is only a dozen feet in diameter, only interceptors and space-maneuvering troops can fit inside, and they are quite useless for colonization. Combining two similar spheres didn't seem to work, as it only degenerated into nothing. Wormholes seem unable to be opened on the other side of the link. The particle found in the accident was unable to be recreated again, however, so that particle could have come from that certain universe and is not actually a product of the dimensional sphere. Aside from that, still no significant discoveries is found within the mysterious particle, dubbed as the Ⓞ∞, but for now priorities are being set on how to use its ground-breaking property of possible endless energy.

((Another Yuanon (or Yuanon-like particle) discovered, basically.))

Peace talks

The Argutus member, after no short amount of delay (As it seemed he disagreed of him being stripped of his Gauntlet, though eventually gave in and handed it over) arrived in the meeting room, just in time to hear the last part of the Equestrians and the Makudan speaking. While it seemed they had just averted a war, they were still at each others throats
"Rivers change course over many lifetimes, and eventually all bridges tumble down." He said "Your people are the waters, and your Empires are the Bridges. Everyone changes, and every empire falls into ruin and ashes. If we make endless wars, cycle after cycle, then song could be cut short very soon... When the music stops, we all fall down. And yet here you are, even after averting the war, you are at each others throats. I wonder, now long will this peace last?" He turned to the Makudan "How long until you do something else to give the Equestrians an excuse to raise the knife? Do you have the restraint to last more than a cycle?" He turned his eyes back to the Equiis ambassador "How long until you jump at the chance to launch another war? You always make us wonder, is war in your blood?" He glanced to Fergus and Emily "And the Hero's of the hour. The wise humans who brought the war to a close before it even began. The wise humans who know more than they are credited for. If they had not... we would have had to step in."
The Argutus took a few more steps forwards, glaring at the Makudan and the Equiis in turn "Yes, as you say, continuing to discuss such things. First, let it be known I care not what you own, nor what your powers are. I care not how large your military is nor how strong your weapons are. If you believe yourselves large and powerful, then you shall start acting like it. If you believe you have such powers, then it is your responsibility to use the powers properly." He turned his head and his gaze softened, this time he spoke to everyone present, but his voice was dark "I do not think I make any overestimation, when I say every power represented in this room has the capability to destroy any target nation they please that are known in the universe. Each of us holds great power, and with that power comes responsibilities we cannot shirk from. With that in account, and to avert any further wars, the Collective proposes a universal law that all nations must abide to, or face judgement. This way, what can and cannot be done will be laid out clear for all. Since you all believe yourselves powerful, then I suggest you join with us and ensure these laws are followed. Should you agree, then the first matter would be deciding what those laws would be."

"I've had enough on seeing this non sense"

"Hush now, the end to this drama will near shortly"

AIF Ship

A few feet away from their coversation, a great white flash blinded the boy temporarily. He turned to his right, where the flash appeared, and saw what appeared to be a Domi Hach.

"Child.." said the Hach

"How did you get here"

"Remember your thoughts, boy. What did you want to ask"

"Wha-"

"The gods, boy! The gods!" said the Hach. The boy's eyes grew slightly

"Shad.." he said.

"You've seen the end of this trouble. Give me your blessing"

"Why me?"

"Just give it, you will learn in time what your purpose is. I can only explain so much to you, boy"

"I give my blessing?"

"Mean it!" said Shad

"I give- I give my blessing" repeated the boy, in a serious tone. Shad turned to the Dolphin "Bring a fleet to Commune, home of the Comu Haches. They will need it"

Commune

Dusk hit the enormous flying machine that the Empire called their (like always- temporary) capitol. It's name was Commune, like the planet, and it was home to some of the most advanced machinery Zonan had to offer to the world: The Undergrounds, Gult missiles (as their much deadlier relatives, gultra/gultron missiles are too powerful for land wars), the advancement and power of the Elles gem, and all the creations that are made from it. Labs working on the planet have only recently recorded new advancements with the Gem, turning its energy into a weapon, something not mentioned to the public or even the tyrannical Trinity. In fact, the files were hidden in case the team wanted to use them later, stored in a cabinet located in one of the scientists' home.

The peacefulness of the city at the dead of night. Patrols roamed the streets, rounding up any Domi or Bunta Hach that wandered past curfew, and executing them in the back of their trucks. The patrols comprised mainly of Comu Haches, but when a Comu Hach was caught, they were usually returned to their house and fined heavily. They couldn't take any chances with the "radical Haches" but the Comus were needed for the more important jobs.

One patrol began to roam the avenue, crossing by skyscrapers and alleyways. The alleys were bombed with a light with it dissapearing not too long after. That's when the noticed an orange flare in the dark blue sky, far more noticeable than the stars displayed. The flare got closer, and the sounds of a roar also could be heard. It was a ship, and it was moving fast.

"Track it" said the patrol captain.

"Ay, sir. It's heading towards-the capitol building..sir" said one of the soldiers. The captain opened a channel, and told his commanding officer the problem. Not seconds later, a blast could be heard. The channel began to open with more captains reporting the same issue, and the patrols began to conglomerate towards the capitol building. The ship left the building in a blaze at its head. More ships began raining down, and soon enough the military was scrambling to get fighter jets into the air. Out of the crash ships came insurrectionists, who opened fire at patrol squads that neared them. A Montus ship appeared in the sky, almost knocking some skyscrapers down as it released its own ships onto the planet. The fight jets inside the Montus opened fire on the nearby airfield, and C-crafts swarmed the capitol district like angry wasps.

The fighting continued for a few more hours before the defense mechanisms finally began to work, but by then, the damage was already done. The air stations and air fields had been obliterated, while the capitol district now swarmed with rebels. The capitol was under the control of the rebels: and with it was the Domi president. Televised, one of the rebels, a Domi, senselessly beat the Domi president, as the president continuously called him a mutt. One could hear the rebel say "One must fall so all may survive! Down with the tyranny! The Saints will show you all the light!"

The Bunta President was the next to be found, but cowardly as he is, he had ordered one of his Grozz guards to shoot him before the Saints found him. His body was dragged back to the capitol building, where his rotting corpse was thrown next to the Domi. Finally, the Comu President. He had escaped the district before the Saints could find him, but he was caught shortly after. He was found hiding down in the Undergrounds, currently abandoned. In the complete darkness, and only stuck with his guards, he was found by a militia of angry Domi criminals (who escaped the rule of the Trinity and hid here), who ripped his left arm and right eye out before the Saints came. They were rounded up, while soldiers that were loyal to the Trinity were executed in front of their eyes. The ones who turned over to the Saints and those who were working with the Saints the entire time were relinquished of their duties with the ZE Trinity.

What remained of the Trinity was tied together and thrown into the Truth Trials chamber. It was televised, with the Domi president being the last one to bare it before killing himself with a gun loaded in the corner (the gun was given after the Saints had enough footage to show to the galaxy and didn't need to televise anymore of it; it went roughly for 35 hours). After that, many soldiers began to change loyalties to the new CPZ Trinity (Hachi states that in times of civil war, the winning side deserves the loyalty so that it may prosper under a new common goal). Some of the Comu soldiers remained the loyalty, and they were executed to send a message to the rest of the soldiers.

Colonies 700+

The CPZ has counter attacked, releasing gult missiles onto the armor of the ships. While Kambune ships released their own heavy plasma weaponry onto the ships, Gunther class ships opened fire with Drughan artillery, using the most powerful metals they know. Allimone ships cloaked themselves, nearing the enemies ships.

OP

As the news of the problems at home, the holy relic was rounded and readied to get home when the sight of a new enemy jumped into the fray. The fleet had been warned of these creatures, and took precautions. They tried to sneak their way out of the system, cloaking their Allimone ships (one of them holding the crystal) while the rest of the fleets opened fire on another location. Reyes II remained on his command ship, ready to use the unthinkable if he must.

"I only agree to a point. Genocide of any Sentient being should be illegal. Slavery should be illegal unless used as a punishment for a crime, which can only be levied by an appropriate legal institution." The Triarian said, as he dropped backwards as if to sit in a chair, but his eyes began to glow orange and he hovered off the floor, as if sitting on an invisible surface "On the subject of genocide, I would move to ensure Eugenics would be kept separate from Genocide and be legal as long as no killing is involved. I would also move to ensure that repairing imperfect ((disabled)) individuals would be treated separately from genocide and be completely legal"

"It wasn't just us, all the Federation species helped make this peace a reality. Without any one of us, the whole thing would have never happened. The Dolphins chose the perfect planet, the Abh insisted that we be diplomatic abut it, and us humans... I suppose without us the Abh wouldn't exist and the Dolphins would be stuck on Terra." Said Fergus "I have always believed that those different from us can teach us better than any of our own, and perhaps we have reached the point where we can teach a single lesson: Combining differences can create unparalleled strength." The Dolphin Leading One and Abh Empress nodded, while the humans transmitted a burst of energy between their neural transmitters.
"The Allied Interstellar Federation will abide by such a law, and we agree that it is needed." Said Emily. After listening to the proposals put forth, she responded. "Eugenics without killing is perfectly acceptable to us, so long as those sterilized are permitted to adopt. For some reason, most people feel the need to have a child. I agree with the Triarian statements on slavery fully. The Federation would like to propose that religious tolerance be enforced as well, and that warfare over religious beliefs be prohibited."
While all this was happening, Fergus heard a voice in his head. Similar to the neural transmitter, but just slightly different.
Hang in there, we're almost ready

Hach Evacuation
Shocked, the Dolphin quickly began to move up and down, creating ripples to appear on the interface board. A message was sent out from the Dolphin ship, reaching all the other ships of the Federation. Audio clips could be heard outside the tank.
"Are you sure? Not teleportation?"
The Dolphin made more movements, and there was a longer delay.
"That's not technology, do exactly as they say. There should be committee for this stuff."
The Dolphin made a final series of movements, shorter than all the others. The response couldn't be heard, but the Dolphin soon spoke through the translator.
"The fleet is on its way... um... would asking which god you are be considered offensive?"

"We are agreeable to everything put forward so far, however we must ask what you mean by "repairing" individuals, but as long as its painless and does not involve killing them I think we shall be fine with it. I think we should also ban torture of sentients, unless there is absolute proof they hold information that harms innocents. We also believe that we should estiblish a set of rules regarding civilians in warfare. These rules would be that civilians cannon't be harmed, nor there property, or the use of biological or chemical weapons on civilians during warfare, this does not restrict however the use of chemical or biological weapons on soldiers in warfare." The Griffon finished up his little speech, waiting for the response of the other diplomats.
